Delayed, missed and unreliable delivery service. This company is clearly over their heads. Maybe once a good business model but they took on way more than they could chew. The result is a disaster.... See more

Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office. So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

Horrible experience. After relocating, a package that was on back-order was sent to Fetch. I messaged them, hoping to have it forwarded to my PO Box. They said they wouldn't do it, and dispose of the package. Not send it back to the sender for a refund, or forward it, just trash it (which we all know their workers would keep it). I asked if there is anything that could be done, and they said I could get a label from either UPS or Fed-Ex, so I paid an additional $20 for a label, only to be informed by Fed-Ex that the shipment was refused. I'm now out the money for the item and the original shipping, the additional $20, and Fetch refuses to respond to my messages. Absolute TRASH company and I'm glad I'll never be robbed by them again after moving.
Absolutely terrible!!!! This is a service that requires a fee and they lose packages consistently! Any time you file a claim with them, they state that USPS, UPS or FEDEX is lying about Fetch receiving and SIGNING for your package. They have so far lost FOUR packages in a 5 month span. No apologies or excuses, just lies about receiving packages every time. You have to go back and forth with them for weeks for them to take accountability. Since it happens so frequently, I believe it to be internal and deliberate theft.
My package was never delivered!! I've been told that my package is on the way 4 times just later to be told that the delivery window is no longer available or that my package is delayed then it's never delivered. I believe my package is been stolen and I'm just been getting the run around from this company! This is my first experience using them and the last!!
If I could submit lower than 1 I WOULD! I have never experienced such poor service and worse customer service in my 64 years!
When a company delivers a package to the wrong address and tells YOU to either follow up with where THEY delivered it to; or contact the manufacturer for a resolution?? PLEASE...do yourself a favor and NEVER use these people!
Fetch will steal your packages and then waste your time with AI generated email responses. Over $1000 worth of packages stolen by Fetch in 9 months living at my apartment. They don't care. Criminal organization IMHO.
Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Do not use ever. If your community tells you that you have to use them, push back and tell them NO> Absolutely horrendous customer service. They could care less if they lost an expensive package of yours or not. Numerous attempts to contact go unanswered.
Stay away! Saty FAR FAR AWAY!!!
Company has shady business practice and doesn’t even follow their own policies.
[This applies to the Kansas City delivery service ONLY] When first using the system, there were some rough spots. But in the last 18 months or so, Fetch delivery has been acceptably reliable. My sense is that they had management issues which now seem to be resolved. It IS convenient when it works and (knock on wood), it has been working reliably in KC.

This company is full of criminals. They will steal your package, lie to you, blame everything but themselves, flat out not give you your property. The employees are under the influence of Denvers finest narcotics.
Worst customer service ever!
They delivered my packages to the wrong apartment, and took weeks to get only 1 of them back to me. When they did return 1 of 2 lost, it had clearly been opened and items were removed. The whole process has been 4 weeks long and they still have not reimbursed me for the $200+ in merchandise lost. No phone number to contact, unresponsive over email and 0 follow-through. Every time I follow-up, they make me re-state the problem all over again.
If at all possible do not use this service. If you decide to use it anyway, know that you’re taking a chance and the odds are not in your favor.
Packages disappear and you cannot actually contact anyone. Email or a customer support form are your only options. Crickets from those.
Our son had to use this service with his new apartment and it’s frustrating sending him things that he never receives. They show as delivered to the Fetch facility but never show up under his packages. Is it just outright theft on the part of Fetch?
If you must have a package service, find a local Amazon locker to deliver to.
This service is incredibly unreliable. Worse, their customer service is virtually non-existent. They've lost numerous packages and never take responsibility to either do more than a cursory search or compensate for their poor operations. They seem to operate on the assumption that whatever they lose will not be valuable enough for the recipients to take further action. It's bad enough that I'll think twice before living in another place that requires this service.
I cannot opt out from Fetch service which charges $30 a month for nothing. Not only my packages have been stolen multiple times, but the customer service just flat ignore my emails, they don't even have a phone # for customer service and to the day I only received the automated emails acknowledging my requests, but when I reply with the info they request it goes into nothingness. Worst service ever. I will go to the BBB and report their scheme.
Fetch is basically legalized Racketeering. Our complex has absolutely NO issues with deliveries from Amazon, FedEx, USPS, UPS, and others. FETCH somehow weaseled their way into an addendum non-negotiable with the apartment complex lease. I'm still baffled how they're able to do this. Mind you 20$/mo. I repeat ZERO NONE NADA issues/concerns with any other delivery service. Soooo ... you pay for a service to "intercept" you're 'already going to be delivered' packages to then further complicate and cause unnecessary problems.
Remember in the mob/mafia movies where the goons show up to a business and say hey you guys have a problem with property damage and theft, maybe you guys need some protection? The owners say no I don't I'm fine then the mobsters come back and break their windows and steal stuff and then go back and ask if they need protection again (something along those lines)??
Well, this is essentially what Fetch does but it much more professional technically legal way.
Awful rating all over the internet and BBB. This activity should be criminalized.
Had a $200 luxury item delivered to their warehouse by USPS (not by choice our apartment requires it) with confirmed delivery. Four days or so go by without it being dropped off with our other deliveries.
Their CS team claimed they had conducted a thorough investigation and that the carrier was to blame. Long story short, I had to go through x3 people on their CS team and get my apartment's management involved.
After raising hell they magically find the package without explanation. Strongly believe I'd be SOL if I hadn't gone they lengths I did.
Totally inept. Last week said they delivered packages requiring a signature between 6-9 and didn't. Package showed up at 12:30 am AND THEY FORGED OUR SIGNATURE. We continually have issues, the latest is they delivered 7 packages not only to the wrong Apt but the entirely wrong complex. They only reach out via text or email and all they do is apologize but do little else. You will see on here they only respond to positive reviews. From our experience DO NOT USE THIS UNRELIABLE, TOTALLY USELESS SERVICE, invest in a PO box and if a complex uses them find someplace else to live. Not worth the constant hassle and loss Fetch causes. And if Fetch is reading this my package id is 114822958 but you should have about 30 emails and texts from me referencing this situation.
If I could give No Stars, I would. They have lost 3 packages in a row, give me the run around trying to get reimbursed, and even though signature is required, anyone can say they are me and get my package. If you can spell my 1st name (which is a common name), that is good enough. But if you want your money back, you have to provide everything except the blood of your first born! And the date of experience is the last time it happened. There have been many others.
Inept and Incompetent Fetch Package Delivery service is a Scam! They Lie! They Steal packages and will Blatantly Lie about delivery! We have door cameras and a history of delivery schedules! They blatantly lied about delivering paid for items that were delivered to their warehouse. They're Done. Believe It.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They no longer have a phone support line. The apartment complexes cannot contact them. Packages disappear and if you move, the are not forwarded or returned to sender. They are “donated”.
Fetch is the absolute worst package delivery service one could ever ask for! You would think they could manage to at least deliver a package to the correct apt#. Once its made it thru their unorganized warehouse which ive had the distinct pleasure of visiting when they lost my package in it. I was not alone i joined 20 other people with the same issue, for some it was their 3rd attempt. Do not use this service your better off paying for an alternative locker or PO box service.
