Love Fetch irs a great shop with a good range and excellent prices.
However I ordered some stuff on a Friday night I needed for morning and it didn't show up. Appreciate their policy however as Saturday is a business day for deliveries not having the items ready and delivered on the Monday seems strange.
I would use the store again but wouldn't use them for last minute or items I need quickly.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We try to make our DHL delivery times as clear as possible at checkout with the wording "DHL Express Next Working Day - On orders received before 4pm. (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays)."
As DHL do not have pick up service over the weekend, an order placed on a Friday night would be picked up Monday for delivery Tuesday.
We do have our incredible same day option available for all London based customers, seven days a week., this would have been a great option for you?

You won't be disappointed
I've said it before and I'll say it again. This is a great shop for online shopping (the main way I use it). The variety of products is really great and the discounts are always honoured and super competitive prices (you won't find such prices elsewhere). The customer service is also great and they are quick to let you know if an item is no longer available and give you a great alternative instead. Cannot recommend enough!

I found what I wanted on Fetch web site and placed an order. My items arrived in a couple of days. Delivery was made by DHL. Communications from Fetch and DHL were both impeccable. I am very happy with my purchase from Fetch.
