Extremely Disappointed
We got married this summer and were so excited to receive our wedding film. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Despite several reminders and follow-ups, we still haven’t received our video. Our videographer has completely stopped responding to our messages and emails.
This was supposed to be one of the most important memories of our lives, and it’s deeply disappointing to be ignored like this. We’ve given plenty of time and understanding, but the lack of communication and professionalism leaves us no choice but to take the matter to court.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

At FH Productions, we deliver every wedding video and maintain continuous communication with our couples throughout the entire process. We also have full documentation for all deliveries through our internal databases and delivery systems.
You mention your wedding took place “this summer” — however, we have not yet reached the editing queue for weddings from this summer, which clearly shows that this review is not genuine.
We have therefore reported this review to Trustpilot as false and misleading.
