Here we are 7 weeks into getting locked out of my account and no resolution. As far as I am concerned I would advise anyone to use a company that looks after their customers. I see there is about 1000 reviews with similar problems. They don’t deserve to be in the finance business. A week of going to the financial Ombudsman.

I lost 1500 pounds in 3 weeks. So I decided to take my money out of this nonsense.
I sold 18000 pounds worth of shares on 21st march and I've received 600 pounds in my account and showing all complete and no pending transactions.

In the end I got my money after 5 working days. Need to show on account that the withdrawal is still pending and not 'completed' as it looks confusing.

After calling to chase up some delays in processing a withdrawal, I am pleased to say that Mohammud took ownership of the problem and resolved it within 3 hours. He called me back to inform me it had been resolved. Well Done! Great customer service

Despite the waiting time to get through, I had what I thought to be quite a complicated query about divesting some of my investments. Kanaan, who I felt with, was brilliant - simplifying the whole process, explaining everything along the way and showed great knowledge too. He was also very patient and good natured when I got a few things wrong on the process he was walking me through. Really glad I moved across to Fidelity!

First call ended in failure when I was it cut off. The second attempt was much better and successful. The Fidelity employee, Sunish, controlled the conversation firmly but politely throughout. He was , however, a little difficult to understand at times because of his accent. Other than that he did a first class job guiding me the routine for investing cash into an ISA.
