Excellent customer service from Chloe at Fidelity. She was efficient and professional in addressing what I needed quicker than expected. Despite the warning of long call wait times the call was answered in seconds which is much better than calls to other organisations.

Support team are exceptional!
Every time I call up, the team in Dublin are exceptionally helpful. I’ve spoken to Bruno, Peter and Caitlin recently and all of them were extremely helpful, courteous and lovely. You should be so proud having customer representatives like them as they make you want to call back as they’re so helpful and warm.

Duncan was very helpful and friendly. Showed exceptional patience and thought process as he worked through my issue, even though I had called to explain it multiple times before, to be told it was being "investigated". Duncan marked in his diary a date in two weeks where he would call me back if the proposed solution had not resolved itself. Excellent customer service.
