I reside at Rolla, MO and this is the only good option of ISP we have which is actually by far the worst I've ever used in India, Singapore, and the USA in terms of customer service. They too know about this monopoly in Rolla and take advantage of our helplessness. They send out really high bills, they end the promo without notification. The staff at the office were rude. I hope we get a better option.
