Piattaforma che sembra italiana, in realtà sono in chissà quale scantinato cinese. Acquistato Monopoli Pink Floyd a 37 euro, arrivata dopo due mesi e un numero infinito di solleciti una schifezza di un foglio A4 fotocopiato con scritte prive di senso
Ho acquistato 13 gg fa un Monopoly per il 60° dei Pink Floyd che è mai arrivato. Non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta alle mail inviate per informazioni, inoltre, è impossibile rintracciare il pacco.
Credo, a questo punto, che si sia trattato di una truffa.
Lo sconsiglio.
Acquisto effettuato il 20/10, loro dicono sia arrivato il 31 ottobre ma in realtà non é stata effettuata nessuna consegna, il tracking non risulta attivo e non c’è giacenza o avviso di tentata consegna.
Il customare service inizialmente sembra disponibile, mi dice di “controllare e dimostrare che il pacco non sia arrivato”, ma quando ottiene la conferma delle poste italiane che non c’è alcun pacco tagliano corto e mi dicono che sono problemi miei.
Truffa totale, NON ACQUISTATE.
