Do not trust these cowboys
The likes of Boots, KFC, McDonald's, Superdrug, Costa all need to know the truth about Fieldagent (FA) and paying them to give retail insight to their stores! And agents ...poor people like me and you need to know this isn't a company to be trusted!
FA get their agents to mystery shop, but my experience is you complete jobs...following their instructions on the app...answer question after question, submit evidence of purchase, record a video of you being in-store. You end up spending a considerable amount of time. And then you wait for them to review your submission. You don't even make any money on most of the jobs as they are just refunding you for your purchase. Buy a meal for £8 and you'd get paid £8 IF successful. So 0p for your time...nevermind minimum wage!
But to add insult to injury, on multiple occasions FA have found an excuse not to refund me. Their customer service agent simple give a vague excuse with no option for you to contest. And that's that! Damn cheek!
As a result I'm telling you, ❌ DO NOT SIGN UP WITH FA! ❌There are better mystery shopping companies who want to pay you for your hard work and time working for them. 💯 If you sign up, you WILL regret it!
