My delivery was two weeks delayed, even though the item was advertised for delivery within 2-3 days.
The customer service was very slow to answer my inquiries regarding the delay.

deception since day one
After ordering my items and waiting for 3 weeks without receiving any updates of them i had to call several times with contradicting messages from customer service.
One of the items was not in stock waiting from supplier, and all of the times i had to call myself to find out what was going on with my order.
At the end, and during my last call, while one of the cables was still pending to receive, i specifically said to the operator to CANCEL that missing cable and get that money paid.
He agreed, but few days after i received the cable i didn't want to get anymore.
Overall, really unhappy with the service i received.i doubt to keep shopping at your store in the future.

Good service, but slow
Good service, fast, easy to use. Around 10 days later I still hadn't received my purchased item. I called - it was out of stock and would come later. I received it nearly three weeks after ordering it.
Ideally, the item should have been displayed as "out of stock" already when I ordered it. Alternatively, Fietspunt.nl should've contacted me after a couple of days and let me know that it would take longer.
worst service i ever seen!!
I ordered a bike rack thule September 17. On the Web site it was written that delivered a maximum of 5 working days, but today is September 28th I still have not received anything.
the saddest thing is that I have sent 2 emails and I never received a response. I think it's a very serious thing for those who prides itself on having an excellent service.
they steal your money
I placed an order (400 euros) 1 month ago but they never shipped it. I tried several times to contact Fietspunt but they never respond. Now I have lost my money and I send out this warning - do not trust this company!
