Assembly problems and not responding

I bought a bike from the company, but it has assembly issues. Today, I almost fell off it. I wrote to the company, but they are not responding. I work for PostNL, which recommended the shop. I will definitely complain everywhere if they don’t reply.

Update: February 8. The company responded to my email after 13 days. They'll pick up the bike for 40 euros. Let's see if it gets fixed or not.
