We bought Pegasus e-bike in this shop and we are extremely satisfied with the service. From the very first moment, the salesperson helped us professionally with the selection process, explained what to pay attention to, and recommended the right model. He immediately adjusted all the settings to our needs. My daughter tried the bike and everything fit perfectly.
I would especially like to highlight the level of service: the salesperson easily switched between languages — he spoke English with me and Dutch with my daughter. It really felt like he understood what we wanted even before we fully explained it. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and truly professional.
We placed the order right away, and the next week we came to pick it up. We were advised on insurance and got a complete package of accessories: a lock, luggage holder, and everything else we needed — all in one place. On top of that, we also received a nice discount.
I highly recommend this shop — excellent service and real professionalism!
