Good experience
I visited there last week in search of e-bikes and all the staff were kind and well explained.
My ordering process was...
a) 1st visit: I looked around and applied for the model I wanted.
b) 3 days later: they contacted that the bike is ready
c) I went to see the bike and bought it.
The best part is that you don't have to buy after step b).
Also, it was good to explain many options such as battery, insurance, maintenance, and warranty period.
