My husband and I made a 3 hour journey up to Haarlem from Brussels on Saturday arriving at 3pm to check out a bike we saw online that was available only at this store. Robert Egthuijsen helped us with looking into all options before making our final purchase. He was so positive, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Kudos to the technician, unfortunately I did not ask for his name, who worked right up to closing time to prepare the bike to take home with us that same day. We were very happy with the service we received!

Great choice for a new bike
Delivery time was accurate, communication great.
Pick up and fitting were handled perfectly in store. Very happy with our decision.

Buying a new bike for my kid
Although it was busy the staff was nice.
My child could test the bike in the store.
Once we noticed there were some alignment issues with the breaks they quickly took it to the mechanic to tweak it a bit.
