Very competent and friendly staff, who kept the store open, even past their closing to assist us with our purchase.

I made an order on 10.08, the closest day of delivery was on 21.08. I waited for it. It didn't arrive. I called them afterwards and they said that they will reschedule and it will be ready in maximum 2-3 weeks. The reschedule date was in 3 weeks. It didn't arrive again. Then they rescheduled it for the next week. Then It didn't arrive again. This cycle continued for a month. Each time I was calling the customer support service and they kept saying that there is an issue with the warehouse. They never took my bike for the delivery. The last time I even received an email that actually they been at my home, but I didn't open so they will reschedule again for a new date. When I called the customer service, they said that delivery guy didn't even take my bike, however he marked me as "not at home". It was extremely ridiculous. Felt like they are making fun of me. It's the worst delivery service ever. As a little recompensation they said that they will deliver a bike locker for free to my address. It never arrived till today. I cancelled the order and got my money back.

I would never recommend fietsvoordeelshop to anybody. They don't know how to manage deliveries and they don't have any kind of respect to their customers.

Ordering:
Visited shop in May to order 2 bikes. Although shop was busy, great service arranging test ride and ordering bikes for delivery. Kept informed via email or order progress.
Collection:
After initial wait due to shop being very busy and slight confusion whether both bikes had been delivered, we received excellent service from Colin, who was happy to help us in English and took the time to make sure all was in good order. Also helped us find, and arranged for us, cheaper insurance for the bikes before we left. Left shop very happy with our new bikes

I ordered and payed my bike middle December last year! I still do not have my bike! It is now 18th March! Apparently bike has arrived to the shop (some village close to Alkmar?) but I live in Amsterdam and when buying bike was not mentioned to me that I have to pick up my bike. Anyhow , my bike is still there, I called 5 times, every time with different person, every time the same story: they try to call shop, shop is to busy, no answer, but they will call me and no one is calling.. after 3 months I still don’t have my bike

I found out first that I have to wait for my bicycle at least 7 tot 10 month. ( Nonsense 🤔) I thought I take everything into my own hand and I walked into the shop in Heerhugowaard and explained my situations.. and between 3 days and lots of phone calls, exchanging emails I choose out a new bicycle in the shop! Everything went the way I planned out. Thank you for your brilliant help.
