Quick sale and slow delivery
Quick sale at another store and very slow overall delivery. It took them almost 1 more week from the target delivery date (which they had already postponed for few weeks) to assemble the bike and, as a consequence, my son missed some activities at school.
Also when I called they were unable to indicate the exact date of delivery.
Planning, communication and customer service should be improved.
