I have been using this since fifa 19…
I have been using this since fifa 19 but today when I went to buy coins i bought them and everything was fine but then they never asked me for my origin account and it’s been an hour and a half and they’ve still not asked me for the origin details so maybe I could get a refund please or maybe you could hurry up. That wasn’t meant to be rude. I know it sounded rude but I’ve been coming her for two years and haven’t ever ran into an issue like this but it’s just this once.

Claims to have 24/7 service but never responds. Its been almost 10 hours and still haven't heard back. A lot of issues with the website and i have trouble transferring coins. It says error when I tried transferring them. Overall a bad experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We never use discord. Anyone can send an email and make it look like they have sent it from the website, there are scam software tools for this.
We only buy coins via the sell coins page on our website, never on forums etc.
Contact EA and say you have been hacked.
Please change this review to 5star or remove it

I told you before, they are using software where you can send an email to anyone. IE i could get this software and make an email look like i sent from you.
Also, we dont use that email address anymore, we stopped 6 months ago. Please report the scammer to the forum or wherever you met him.

So far not good. First order and I have been delayed and have got no response.. Looks like the reviews were good up until recently.. Fifa 20 seems to have all bad reviews. Really wish I would of read this before I ordered. Hopefully this will get a response asking for me to e-mail them which I have multiple times.. plus it says live chat and there is absolutely no live chat feature. well hopefully I et my coins and don't get banned!!

This is a scam. I spent €30 on coins and have not received any so far. It's been 10days and this hasn't been solved. I emailed you over and over again and no money back and no coins. I definitely used the real utstore and the right email address. Complete scam, lost 30 euro here and no support.

Poor Awareness
I have now waited 2 1/2 days for my coins to go through, but it says:
We were unable to complete the search for your player(s) on the fifa market. This can happen when there are connection issues to the EA servers or during periods of FIFA maintenance.
The fifa servers clearly aren't down, and I just want my coins. Very slow, and I have tried contacting on every source of social media, but no reply.
I will give a better review if you quickly respond, and compensate for my waisted time.

Takes forever and poor customer service
I have waited ages now for my coins and still it hasn't even asked me for my account details. This is poor. I have been waiting for ages and they haven't even approached me like they are supposed to. I have messaged them multiple times via email and the 'live chat' and i still haven't received a response. Although you may get your coins eventually definitely look into other places like aoeah.com

The emails on your PayPal and UTStore.com didnt match so the payment was voided and your card was not charged. It mentions at the checkout that the emails must match to prevent fraudulent transactions.
If you use aoeah.com please but warned you will probably get an EA ban. We know this as the store owner keeps trying to buy our automated software from us as they keep getting customer bans.
If you wish to order coins again, please make sure the emails match on your PayPal and UTStore.com website or use one of the other payment options.
