Replaced lost order
I ordered 150 carnation stems as a fundraiser. FedEx lost the package 2 days prior to my event. FiftyFlowers immediately reshipped a replacement order with Saturday delivery. Their customer service rep, Michelle, was very easy to work with and friendly.
I do not recommend this company Fifty…
I do not recommend this company Fifty flowers. We did exactly what the instruction said, and put them immediately in water. When we open them a day later, half of them were wilted and we could not use them. The bouquets are extremely small with cheap flowers. We spent $250 on four small arrangements. I had to go to Kroger and buy five dozen roses to make the arrangements look halfway decent. Because we took the pictures two days instead of 24 hours after we received them they would not consider a refund. Go to your local florist and save your self the heartache. Especially if this is a special occasion.
Beautiful flowers, excellent customer service
The communication and customer service was far beyond my expectations! The flowers were beautiful and I was very impressed by the high-end packaging used to optimally protect the flowers during shipping. I will absolutely be ordering from them again! Thank you!

Fifty flowers used to be excellent
Fifty flowers used to be excellent. Now it’s like Amazon for flowers…only Amazon has better customer service. It used to be run by flower people. Now they have people with poor English reading from a script who clearly know nothing about flowers. Their total satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They do not stand by their product. As another reviewer said, they blame everything on “The Farm”.

Very dissatisfied and highly…
Very dissatisfied and highly disappointed with Fifty Flowers. I ordered from them for a Bridal Brunch in May 2024 . It was right after Mother’s Day, so flowers locally were scarce. When they arrived every bunch was wrong but one, and it wasn’t the best looking roses. They did refund our money. However, that did not help that my event was two days away and I needed flowers. I DO NOT recommend this company. The person texting me, blamed the mistake on the farm. Not sure who I was dealing with, their terminology wasn’t American. I wish I could upload pictures. Orders fTerrible floral company. lowers for an important event
Orders flowers for an important event. Checked delivery timeframes and entered the event date per their website so, "our team of flower experts ensure your flower order arrives on time" Flowers arrived too late for the event (the day of) and were wilted. Customer service calls went to voicemail as if the company was being run out of a garage. When I finally got a call back they blamed UPS for the delay, in other words, "not our problem."
Well perhaps they should have shipped my order sooner, not taken the order, and not manipulate my expectations with false guarantees of the order being on time. When the flowers did arrive too late on the day of the event they were wilted after being delayed in the hot UPS truck or warehouse.
So if your event is important, and the flowers are important, you will be taking a risk ordering from FiftyFlowers.com
And if there is a problem, it will be YOURS not theirs.

My flowers are skimpy and arrived completely wilted the day before bridal shower. They’re absolutely horrible. If I could upload a photograph, I would.

Very happy
The flowers look beautiful! Be sure to follow FiftyFlowers' online instructions of what to do upon receiving them and giving them some time to hydrate. I am very happy with the flowers, the order process and the people I communicated with when I had a couple of questions! The tracking and text alerts are helpful, too. I will be happy to recommend this company to others!

Even though my flowers were delivered…
Even though my flowers were delivered by FedEx a day late, the quality was so good that they took water and hydrated enough to use for my event. I received great customer service and will use Fifty Flowers in the future for my floral needs. I am a retired florist so I am used to purchasing from a local wholesaler and the prices from Fifty Flowers are very good. Give them a try, you won't be dissapointed.

$200 in florals for an entire wedding!!
I ordered the Winter Wedding bundle and the mixed eucalyptus bundle. They came the morning of the scheduled day and were in great shape! We trimmed the ends and put them in water overnight in the cold garage. These flowers worked HARD at our wedding and looked beautiful the whole weekend! My bouquet looked great and the coloring was exactly what I expected. The rest was used in cases around the estate we rented, then gathered and used to decorate the ceremony arch, and then taken down and spread over the tables for the reception. I spent easily 1/4 of what I could have and everything looked beautiful!

This was my first time ordering from Fifty Flowers.
This was my first time ordering from Fifty Flowers and so happy I did. My ordered consisted mainly of greenery. There was a greenery that I could not find elsewhere but they were able to produce my Blueberry Cedar Greenery. My Italian Ruscus was very lush and green. The order was received on time with plenty of notifications that my order was in transit along with numerous emails from the onset of my order. I had erroneously chosen a package that would have cost me more had they not pointed out this error to me. They quickly refunded the difference and placed my new order. So grateful for this. Thank you for the above and beyond service!

I want to say no words could explain…
I want to say no words could explain the complete accomplishments brought about for my sons wedding and having ordered flowers from this on line floral distributor. I didn’t want to rely on around town where my dnl asked me to go to Trader Joe’s for eucalyptus. Felt they wouldn’t necessarily have them. Took a chance and held my breath hoping this 50 Flowers would deliver as promised. I was so thankful, they kept their date and time enabling me to begin my arrangements with 3 days till wedding. Flowers were as fresh as could be and they’re rooting now for a plant to give her. I realize this is long, but I can’t help how exciting it was ti have the plans go well. Other details didn’t so Hats off to you Fifty Flowers. Their dream carried out. Will order again in spring

I have already written a review of this…
I have already written a review of this company and promised to write another if my first impression was incorrect.
Sorry to say - it wasn't.
Placed an order with FiftyFlowers on time and in good faith for 2 orders of ranunculus (one peach color, one salmon) and one order of peach hypericum berries.
When reading the web site, mention was made that there were times when orders just couldn't be met. Flowers are flowers, and are subject to the vicissitudes of nature. I accept that.
Received an email stating order was confirmed. Flowers due to arrive 1/25/23. All was well.
Then, late Saturday night (the 21st) I received an email stating that the Hypericum was arriving via FedEx. But the Ranunculus order - for both colors - were "unfulfilled." I thought no flowers were coming. It was the weekend. Customer service office unavailable. Not able to make any contact until Monday, the 23rd. Fifty Flowers are located in the CST - later than EST (my time zone). There was that factor to consider, as well.
The flowers were very time sensitive. They were promised to my grandson for a bouquet for his date to a formal school dance. I needed them by the 25th in order to prep them for the 28th - the date of his event.
On Monday morning, the 23rd, I ran to a local florist and had another bouquet made. At least the young lady wouldn't be disappointed.
I called Fifty Flowers as soon as they opened and tried to cancel the order. They said they wouldn't cancel as the flowers were en route. I said only one third of the order was en route as I had been notified both the ranunculus orders were "unfulfilled."
Was told "unfulfilled" meant they hadn't arrived at my doorstep. I asked why I'd received an definite delivery notification about the hypercum berries. FedEx had notified me via email the hypericum were definitely arriving.
That was a far cry for the progress report concerning the "unfulfilled" rununculus.
She said it was because the hypericum were being shipped by FedEx and the ranunculus were being shipped by another carrier and the wording they used was different.
And I'm supposed to know that?
She apologized profusely, admitted the verbiage was confusing - but tough darts - the flowers would arrive and I was on the hook.
Then, this morning they did arrive. Peach ranunculus were fine. Hypericum berries were falling off, leaves were brown. Threw them out. Salmon ranunculus were so tiny and anemic, I couldn't thread a wire through the stems to stabilize the blossoms. I tried. For over an hour. But ended up throwing well over half of them out, as well.
To clarity: For many years I was a member of a very old garden club. During my time there, I competed three times with the club in the Philadelphia Flower Show. We won two firsts and a third. I know my way around flowers. Definitely not a novice.
I understand the temptation is great to order online. If you still want to do it - good luck to you. The only thing I can say is, from start to finish, my experience with FiftyFlowers was disappointing, to say the least. And - compared to other online flower sites - their prices "ain't cheap." So it even cost me more to be disappointed. Go figure.
I won't be using them again.

Lucy from Fifty Flowers was absolutely amazing. I had an issue where the flowers arrived and were the wrong color and she was able to get them reshaped immediately so I had them on time for my event. Amazing customer service and so polite. Thanks so much Lucy for saving the day!

Terrible refund policy
We ordered over $500 in flowers for a June event. The event was cancelled, we cancelled our order 15 days before the event. They kept 25% of our payment. I know they hadn't prepared the order that far ahead. This is a horrible over-charge.
