3 nearly 4 months without a refund…

3 nearly 4 months without a refund although they are happy to add additional charges like admin. I've contacted so many different departments and they don't seem to be contacting me back and resolving the problem. I simply want this sorted so I can close my account. FiftyPlus use to be good but are going downhill rapidly. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

Good company for clothing

Ordered lots of clothing from this company, delivery is always within a reasonable timescale, the quality is good, the items are stylish, and not expensive. Returns and refunds have always been problem free too.

RUBBISH COMPANY!!!!

Firstly, I ordered a dining table and four chairs, only to wait 5 weeks and after phoning many many times, was told the items were out of stock, even though it stated in stock online and accepted my order!
I cancelled the order in the end, and bought a set from Argos with no problems whatsoever.
Also, Heaven forbid you have a problem with them, because they do not listen, do not care, and do not want to treat you like a valued customer, they are only concerned with making money and plenty of it too!
I have an account with them, and I regret it big time as I lost my job last year and thankfully have found a new one since then, but what did they do to help me?
Nothing.....
No payment plan, no freezing the high interest that they pile up for you, they just leave you to struggle and that's good business is it?
Pray they never lose their jobs, see how they manage with bills!
Take my advice, stay away from them, they are disgraceful and uncaring.
Shame on you Fiftyplus, shame on you....

Angry EX customer

I had to give this 1star or I couldn't put a review on, to be honest I would give it a big fat ZERO.
How hard should it be to put an order in for a jacket I wanted..I tried at least 5 times without success so I have given in before I end up ripping my hair out by the roots!
I even tried the live chat and low and behold no one was available to chat. What a joke.
Won't be getting anything else from them !

paid for next day delivery but items …

paid for next day delivery but items have gone astray when asked to look into this I got my manager will speak to you in so many hours.. why not speak to me right now! I want my items, I paid for next day delivery which won't get refunded. Delivery courier they use are useless and you are extremely lucky if you actually receive your parcel.

I ordered an armchair 5 weeks ago, after several phone calls and emails I have still not received it. Fifty plus blame the courier, who, when I contacted them told me that they had not received this item from fifty plus, I was then informed that the chair was out of stock by an advisor, On the same day by someone else I was told it was in stock ! so fifty plus get your facts straight, put your customer service in order, send out a replacement chair, and stop making your customers suffer because someone has messed up !!!!!

I like this company

I like this company. In the past i have ordered furniture and clothes. They are prompt at dealing with items that did not quite fit right but the quality of there items are really good. I will always use them if i can. There customer service is good.

Nothing for the older person.

I have used Fifty plus for a long time, longer than I care to mention. I am 82 years old. Although I don't think they cater for the older person, the staff I have spoken to are usually good and although they have a job to do, are not too pushy if you tell them straight away if you do not want the special offers, this is when they phone you. There really isn't much fashion for the older person, especially as it it supposed to be for the Fifty Plus.

Don't order from this group of …

Don't order from this group of companies if you are an expat. Even though my bank card is a uk card and the payment was authorised, so they have my money they won't allow the order because my card is registered in france. First time in 10 years this has happened. I even work in the uk each week and they would be delivering to a uk address. I'm used to supplying extra security and my bank is also willing to confirm my authentication, so rediculous policy. Save your time and just don't bother with this company. They clearly don't want our custom.

This company absolute rubbish

This company absolute rubbish. Three times I tried to order a dress and jacket with the 20% discount code for new customers and was told code out if date. ( It wasn't ) I even ended up opening an account to see if that was the reason I couldn't use code. Didn't work either. As I have no intention of using account I have sent three e mails to cancel it but have not received a reply saying they have done so. Will not be using any companies like this on line avoid at all costs!!!

New Customer Rip Off

I used this site to buy a pair of trainers as it was offering 20% discount (it says a code will be provided at checkout) only to find that after paying full price the discount is by way of voucher for a future purchase, and to get that I would have had to sign up to a £15.00 per month 'club'!

Completely misleading and disappointing.

Okay tiĺl you have an issue

Slow. 3 months and still no refund. Even bought same product as replacement. It's as though they don't trust you...even though you send photos they still want you to send item back. ..and then they loose it!

CHARGE FOR RETURN ITEM

Unfortunately forgot a previous experience and ordered an item from Fiftyplus which I returned.....then received a statement for £3.50, a delivery charge.....the only company I know who insists on this...what a money making racket.....be aware everyone....don't give them the satisfaction ...pick all the other reputable companies and give this one the cold shoulder
