Poor customer service, poor logistics
Similar to everyone else’s feedback for FIGARINE… the communication from this company is SO bad. Customer service is horrendous, rude and passive aggressive. I truly regret ever buying something from this company. I ordered a pair of boots back in August and was told they would be shipped by October latest. They were shipped in November instead but I had an issue with the delivery. The company has asked me for more money to resolve the issue but refuses to send a payment link, and has instead requested payment direct to their bank account for which I will not receive a receipt. It’s been so frustrating and still not resolved. Proceed with caution!
