Joined the "VIP" cost me money I couldnt afford but was told I "Had a very good chance / case" despite only getting a few points. Foolishly also subscribed. While contacting them they didnt do much at all, they gave links of prev cases etc which didnt really help me. Basically just told me to do all the work gather all evidence myself which I could have easily just done myself. Was told to do a man recon and thats it, (paid £100+ for the man recon service which was sent with other peoples names still contained within it and passages that weren't relevant to my case at all. When I pointed this out to them I got nothing back as a way of apology / explanation etc. The Man recon was rejected with no extra points. Was told to put appeal in again had to do the vast majority of work myself. Had an email asking if I had sent med records which the doctor had done but they hadn't checked properly in their emails these were asked for again later.

Again as the money and stress / anxiety and depression were mounting I asked is it worthwhile going for appeal in which they said yes.....again more money was spent......plus a actual £105 for someone to be on the call to support me which basically invovled them asking me one question. they didnt make any supportive comments at the end when asked....might as well not bothered. More money wasted. Despite contantly reassuring me I had a very good case, my appeal didnt change a damn thing not even an increase of points .....they say they have been doing this for many years....Personally I think they knew my case was weak but I was left feeling quite confident of the outcome. When the appeal was subsequently rejected the Laywer Michelle emailed and again didnt seem to be aware of what I had actually sent in and told them! complete nightmare. During the case they called out of the blue to ask me to send in evidence which added to my stress, sometimes very abrupt over the phone despite me having put in my supporting evidence phonecalls were a trigger. Overall a very dissapointing service and a waste of money from people they are supposedly helping I came out of this more stressed more depressed just feel totally mislead through the whole sorry episode, I emailed Michelle I think shes the founder and got nothing back. Seems they dont want to know when theres no more money they can request...was dropped like a stone

Disappointed I contacted them because I needed to do a Pip mandatory reconsideration for my mobility.
Just had the lady ring me up shouted at me down the phone or it felt very abrupt and rude anyway would not let me get a word in to explain the situation told me to stop using AI ChatGPT which I had to use because I'm autistic and dyslexic and I wanted it to be Direct on the email that I sent them and not long-winded how I normally speak.
She didn't ask me any personal questions at all she just told me if I wanted help I had to pay £156 for them to fill in my forms or if they would just send me the templates I am already paying 1199 a month on the subscription but I can't figure out what the subscription is for...

I must admit , I was at my wits end before xmas with a January court date appeal? Got in contact with fightback4justice , what a job Michelle and the team did getting the adequate paperwork together on short notice . Highly recommend these ladies what they do , definitely be using again in Sept 2028 . Thanks again Ladies ...

Michelle and the team have been there for me through the whole process. It was clear from the start that our child should be entitled to High Rate. Fightback were supportive, they listened, gave assurances and most importantly - believed me. They know the law and guidance. They supported me with my application an advocate for my assessment. I cannot praise them enough.

Without the help of this company I would not have got to and won my pip appeal. The whole process is so stressful on top of having disability problems making every day a struggle. Asked for help with pip review and asked how much they charge. I understand they're busy, but would have thought id have had a reply as it was 4 weeks ago.

I can only praise and recommend the wonderful team at Fightback for their help with my PIP appeal. My mum came across their page on Facebook by chance and I only wish we had found them sooner. The PIP process is incredibly stressful and the Fightback team lifted a huge weight off my shoulders when they took over my case during my appeal process. I contacted Fightback for help and advice about an appeal for PIP. They provided lots of help and information and support during the whole process including being present during the appeal itself. I would not have been able to do this without them. I highly recommend them.

I have used Fightback for my forms a few years on the trot and wouldn’t go anywhere else , I think it’s worth every penny wether you chose a subscription to help with your form and you do it yourself or wether you pay for someone skilled and experienced to fill your form out for you .

So friendly and helpful. I made use of their form filling service . The process was straightforward and stress free . I have struggled trying to do this in the past. Fightback really know their stuff. They know how to get the point across and explain things. I am pretty sure I couldn't have done it without them. I've used fightback for justice twice.
My Pip review was difficult..3 telephone assessments..Michelle gave me confidence and I got my award for 10 years.
I've just gone through the Uc
Migration from legacy benefits.
Charlene has gone above and beyond..made my claim 1st September and today 9th October she called me re me emailing for help.
I've found the migration very difficult....I really couldn't have coped without f4J.
I cannot understand the low score on here.
