Brilliant fast service, couldn’t believe my order was dispatched as quick as it was!

I have sent emails inquiring about the status but I have not yet received a response

Fairtex Heavy bag ordered 3 weeks ago, no response to 4 out of 5 emails sent, will only answer the phone and give you vague information, I am now awaiting a full refund and I'm not so confident in that. You will have to chase these people about your order and you will be very disappointed. Worst online shopping experience of my life, they deserve 0 stars

Havent sent my item and arent responding been over 1month.

I am a returning customer who has brought both online and in store, when I visited the store the staff were really friendly and helpful with good knowledge about their products. My most recent purchase was made online I bought a Revgear BJJ Gi it’s a top quality product at an excellent price, the online store is very easy to navigate and it has a fabulous range of products to suit any budget.

Stil not delivered after 20 days, client service not responding

First review I have ever left on a store and sadly the worst customer service and online shopping experience I have had. Emailed three times to enquire about the status of my order two enquiries not replied to and the third met with a hasty “ I'll check it out and get back to you” from an Alex Wright who never got back to me??? Cancelled my ordered and ordered elsewhere. Maybe their physical store customer service is better, can’t get any worse than their online site.

Well impressed, ordered Sunday got the item Tuesday. Item perfect

Order still not arrived after ordering on the 18the of December so nearly a month later. Keep emailing them and they either give vague answers or say my 'email was lost'. Keep getting conflicting information.

Advertising products for sale the don't have in stock.. waste of time

This is the second gym pack of Mr Bassett's Grapplers Soap that I have purchased. This is a great product, my son uses it in the gym in Thailand to help prevent staph, so far so good. Arrived on time, packaged well, easy to order.
