Unfortunately ordered some gloves that had just gone out of stock, but the customer service team responded promptly and sent my refund through which came through 10 working days later as they said it would.

Keep going back to these guys as they have the knowledge and experience to help you when you need to know anything.

The item was not in stock and I waited over a week to find out there was a delay for another 10 days! I had my order refunded… I never received an email telling me of the delay until I questioned them and they said they was waiting for an order to come to uk. Be honest with the customer at the initial first stage as I waited 7 days before I emailed because I never heard anything.

Product I received are top notch...my only complaint is they never gave me an update on delivery so I had a big surprise when the delivery driver called me an hour before the drop expecting me to be available.

I should have read the reviews properly.

As much as I would love to give fightstore pro a 5 star, the lack of communication and response is not extremely terrible.

I am a very patient person and have placed my order on the 25th January 2022 and have not received any information regarding order being shipped. Have tried contacting on the 1st February as I understand with Covid how it has affect everyone. They send another email saying that my order is being prepared on the 2nd, still nothing regarding shipping date or eta.

I have rang several times here having to stay up late due to time difference being in Australia.

All I get is a answering machine and my enquiries that I have emailed asking whether my order is shipped or and eta when it will be shipped. Still no response to date except an email on the 9th asking for a 5 star review….

That’s like literally a punch in the face and I have given a day and a last attempt to call before I even do this review. I don’t have time to leave reviews but the communication has been that bad.

I will give another 2weeks to see whether my order does arrive and take it that their communication isn’t that great and that the system needs working on before I take action further with getting my money back.

Fingers cross that Fight store pro redeems them self!

Excellent product, good packaging and good quality - fast service

Ordered item on the 19th January. Have had a one confirmation e mail that day. Then have not heard a thing. My item had not turned up and they have taken payment. I have e mailed about 5 times and called ten times no answer have left messages with no response. I will be reporting this under the consumer rights act 2015 legislation. I am disgusted with this shop. DO NOT BUY anything they will rip you off

Paid over a hundred pounds online for Fairtex gloves and that was about two weeks ago.
Since then I've not received anything or heard anything despite multiple emails, calls and voicemails left.
No idea what's happening over there.
Just waiting for the 15 day mark to pass so that my bank can action a reversal and I can get my money back and get some gloves elsewhere.

My item has not arrived and despite contacting company various times, no one is getting back to me to explain what is going on or honour a refund

My order was ordered on the 28th nov , promised to deliver by dec 2nd , nothing has come by 12dec , emailed them twice , no response , called them and go no answer , so I called PayPal and canceled my order , I’m the worst service 👎🏻

Order came on time and arrived quickly, danger equipment shin guards are great quality and need breaking in on the instep.
