Horrible customer service

I used to be a loyal customer to Figleaves ,but I will never buy from them again .4 weeks ago I sent a return/exchange item .I call customs service a week ago ,the lady said they are busy ,may take a while.I tried to call them again no answer just a answer machine- explanation how busy they are .I emailed them ,same answer they busy .I never experienced such a horrible customer service. No refund ,no item ,nothing .Shame on you Figleaves...

Terrible communication!

I sent an item back to be swapped for a different size and heard nothing for two weeks, wasn’t too bothered. I emailed to find out if all was well and was told they issued me a refund and to expect it in 3-5 days. When told I never asked for a refund, I just wanted it swapped they told me “we don’t have that size that’s why we gave you a refund” .... thanks for the heads up guys! If I had known there was no replacement on the way I would have ordered through somewhere else and I would have a sports bra by now!

Good online shopping experience

The items I recieve weren't right, didn't fit quite right, exchanged some and returned some. Yes, the refund did take a while but it didn't bother me. So happy with the underwear I kept. Will continue to order.

Horrendous returns system

Horrendous returns system. As stated in another review, why are items shipped out within 24hrs but returns take 21 days? I returned an item on 9th June it was tracked and showed received 11th June, i have chased this as i received no acknowledgment that you had received it, i also sent a copy of the postal receipt. Now my emails are being ignored. All i require is that you acknowledge receipt of my return and a timescale on when i will receive my money back. I will never shop with Figleaves again.

Won't bother again

Won't bother again. Item sent via hermes. Who said they tried to deliver. But couldn't fit it through the letter box. (bikini bottoms) so got sent back to sender. Eventually got through to a rude woman at fig leaves. Said it was going to take four weeks for a refund. I told rude woman I wanted item. Now waiting four to six weeks for it to arrive again. Terrible. Never again.

Painfully slow returns period 21 days

Although the products and delivery to you are fair, 21 days is too long to wait for returns to be processed. Even taking into account allowing extra time during these times, this is excessive and not in line with other retailers. Why does their website show 5 stars on Trustpilot but when you look on here it is 4 stars?

Refunds took long, but great items and service otherwise

Refunds took longer than expected and Figleaves seems to be much slower than other companies in my experience, even during these Covid times. I had to chase them a few times, otherwise I would have given them five stars. Their customer service team, when I did chase, was very responsive and helpful. And I also got some great items in the sale. I would shop with them again and recommend their merchandise.

Refunds too long

Purchased 2 items on 5/5/20. Received within a few days. As they didn’t fit I sent them back on 8/5/20. It took until 27/5/20 to receive my exchange and only after I emailed them. Again they didn’t fit so I returned them on 28/5/20. They were received back on 1/6/20 and I am still waiting on a refund. Even in the current circumstances this is way too long. I will not be purchasing again

1 month to process a return??

During lock down, I have purchased goods from vendors world wide. Figleaves is notable for their 1 month processing of returns. They claim their warehouse is '20 miles from the post office' which doesn't seem prohibitive for processing returns. Unless you want to have them hold your money for 4 weeks, shop elsewhere.

Poor refund policy

I received an order very quickly in May and one of the items didn’t fit. I completed the return the same day that they arrived. Still no refund it has been nearly four weeks and all the company stars in their email is that you allow 21 working days. I have done that but still no refund or recognition that my item has even been received at the warehouse. If Covid 19 is to blame for the delay why can you send items out within 24hours. So disappointed and I won’t be using the company again.

Good site with great items

Good site with great items especially in the sale. I've bought many costumes from here that are comfy and for someone with bigger boobs are pretty and keep you secure. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because my last order I had issues with the shipping I managed to contact figleaves and they told me that once the item wass returned to them by the courrier they would repost it to me however half the items were missing because they had apparently sold out even though they were waiting for my original purchase to go back to them.
However I will buy from them again as items are very good quality and good price.

Refund policy

The website doesn't specify exactly if I can try on a bra without affecting my refund rights. It says ”please return your item/s in its original condition (unworn & with labels attached) for an exchange or refund." Does this mean I can try on my bras to see if they fit? Just want to check before taking it out of the pack

Yes, you can try the bra on, however please be cautious to not mark the bra in anyway with such items like Fake Tan or Deodorant.

We can accept back for a refund or exchange as long as returned in its original condition.

Unfair no resolution

I placed an order the 2nd April, 2020 I asked about it on the 26th May, 2020. I was told to call the post office when I called they needed a tracking number. Unfortunately when I checked out I didn’t choose the tracked shipping but I still customer service. They told me then that they can’t help me because 45 days were gone. Haven’t received my package and customer service said they can’t help me so I purchased something never got it and can’t get back no money nothing.

Paid extra for express delivery and it…

Paid extra for express delivery and it took longer than a standard delivery. Which meant it didn’t arrive on the day I wanted it for. I ordered parcels from elsewhere on the same day on a free delivery service and they arrived quicker. £8.50 for this service and it wasn’t even worth it. If it’s down to Covid-19 then I would suggest you state on your website the express deliveries will not actually be express.

Poor service

Not overly impressed with their service. Goods were purchased with a gift box, which came damaged. When I called to get a replacement sent as it was required for a gift, I was advised there was no point as it would probably just get damaged again. They stated it would just be easier to refund the cost. Now I am having to re-shop on line for a suitable gift box with very little time for delivery. Not impressed.

Excellect Service

I have just used Figleaves for the first time and I am so impressed! I ordered during a time they had a 20% off offer and free delivery when you spend over £50 so it was a good price. They have bras available for bigger sizes which is hard to find as a H cup. I ordered a gorgeous Freya bra on Saturday it it came the following Wednesday which I was particularly impressed with considering the times with Coronavirus affecting deliveries.

Figleaves what a joke !

Made an order the beginning of last month money taken out of account no order has turned up tried logging in to account said email not recognised but I keep getting adverts from them to my email mad as hell not happy one bit will never ever order from them again !

Loved it!

I couldn’t buy a bra at the store due to COVID 19. Prices at local sites were very high. So I tried Figleaves. I payed 28£ for delivery overseas and it was worth it. I ordered on Thursday got the bras on Sunday. 3 Triumph bras true to size and style.With 20% off sale I got a really good bargain. Excellent service.
