Bad customer service overall

First off I purchased the M1 Pro on CWS Cycle to work scheme, so I'm still paying for it unfortunately, first problem was that the government gives €750 revenue off your bike you pay the other €750 the bike was priced to me at €1550 I bought it, thinking that was the price but, if you look on the shop website buying the M1 pro 2025 outright would only cost €1099 along that line of pricing but because I purchased the bike on Cycle to work scheme, the shop priced me up €500. This is because they see it as revenue paying half but it's still money in their pocket maybe it's a higher purchase price and they put Cycle to work scheme under that either way it's a rip off. customer service was ok in shop, when I went to collect my M1 pro 2025 from the shop I had to pay extra for it to be put together. I have had issues with the bike since noises coming from the motor in the back wheel and the light stopped working correctly after 1 month. I could order another one off fiido, as in order to have it looked at to see if the warranty covers it? I need to bring the bike itself over to swords even though I can disconnect it and send it to the shop, they could see it's not working by connecting it to another bike in the shop, But no, I got what I perceived as a smartArse fob off email. No help at all. When I'm finished paying this bike off I'll be purchasing another e bike from their rival company and I'll never get with fiido again. I've owned every version of fiido M1 pro. Not a bad bike but I won't be coming back.

I have bought a bike with Fiido order…

I have bought a bike with Fiido order EU25941 and just received a wee email among many others from Fiido saying that the bike would be shipped on the October 25th. I sent an email on the 27th requesting updates and then I am aswered that the bike will be shipped only on November 25th, 9 weeks after the purchase. Simply unacceptable and ridiculous, and the attendant even told me that they would give me a phone holder for free, the thing is that I AM PAYING FOR A BIKE AND A PHONE HOLDER already, so he is saying Fiido is giving me for free something that I have payed for. Truly regretting of my choice of buying with Fiido. I will never ever recommend this experience for anyone. Frustrating, disrespectful and ridiculous. I just want to receive my bike.

Very impressed with the lads in the shop

I visited the swords shop as I had a botched repair elsewhere. The 2 lads in the shop were very helpful. They fixed my sons d3 pro and replaced the tyre and tube within an hour. I just wish I had known about this place sooner. I'd highly recommend going there to have your fiido repairs done. One of the chaps showed me how to fold up the bike to make it easier to put in the car and he even put it back in the car for me!

They were very helpful from start to finish and I couldn't be happier, well apart from my son who is delighted to be able to use his bike again.

Excellent service 5 stars all round.

Be careful what you order!

I
I had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Within the first two weeks, I had a traumatizing experience with the bike itself, which made me completely lose confidence and stop riding it.

I explained the entire situation several times to Fiido customer support, but I felt like they didn’t understand or speak proper English. They kept focusing on a minor detail and ignored the bigger issue. They consistently avoided addressing the possibility of a return, they didn’t even recognised it or spoke about it.

I’m honestly in shock at how poor the service was. I cannot recommend this bike – in my opinion, it has a very short lifespan and you are left with all the doubts if they would help you or ignore your emails.

Misleading Range Claims, Defective Bike, and Aggressive Anti-Consumer Tactics

I purchased two electric bikes from Fiido and deeply regret it. The bikes were delivered late and arrived defective — one had a crank arm that fell off multiple times, the other couldn’t complete a basic 24 km round trip on flat terrain despite a fully charged battery. This is a far cry from the advertised “79 km range.”

When I pointed out that the 79 km claim only applies to riders weighing exactly 75 kg, in perfect weather at 15 km/h on flat roads, they doubled down and asked me to perform “range tests” and send videos — an unreasonable burden for a consumer. My partner weighs about 85 kg (a completely average adult), and the bike couldn’t even get him to and from work once without dying.

Fiido refused to honor a 50% refund compromise I offered early in the process. Instead, they created an endless loop of “testing” and gaslighting, insisting they “might” help if I jumped through arbitrary hoops.

They continue to insist that their own “company policy” overrides EU and U.S. consumer protection laws — as though they’re above the law. It’s clear they are trying to run out the clock on return windows, betting that frustrated customers will give up.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their advertising is misleading, their bikes are not roadworthy, and their service department is trained in stonewalling, not support.

M1 Pro Fiido bike

I bought a M1 Pro Fiido bike. The bike lived up to my expectations, pay the extra and get it as all the great reviews about the bike are true. At Fiido in Swords they helped set up my "bike to work" scheme which was very welcoming. This is a company that looks after its customers. Very transparent, super helpful, very efficient and have the highest of customer standards. Could not do enough, really pleased with the service. Thank you to all the staff.
