I had ordered x8 Bras from you. Just using 1 by one. Opened the black bra and there was a dead bug in it and Powder stains all over it with creases. Though the tag was still there, it was obviously worn and used and sent to me. How disgusting is that? I was so repulsed by it I had to throw it away. I'm sorry but I would have expected better service and better products. This is very unhygienic and revolting. Never buy from them.

First order arrived, the sizing was really off so I returned two items. £17 to return them via Royal Mail! They won’t cover the cost of a return.

Next lot came, one hoody arrived but is creased and dirty. I’ll wash it. Zip up jacket has two white panels that should be even in size, but they have been poorly cut so misaligned and obviously so.

Fila arranged to collect second items, but not happy at having paid £17 for the previous return when the sizing was not as you’d expect. Also add that they had my previous return for 2 weeks and my exchange only arrived after I asked them where it was.

I wouldn’t waste your time. The materials on the items I ordered are thin and I can already see they won’t wash well. I won’t again.

I bought FILA Graguate Kids Size 4 white from DFO Perth. My kid wore 1 day to school and the robber front came out. Waste of money & time. Don't buy FILA, they can't glue shoe!. I got photos and receipt so they cant hide! Totally bad. stay away.

I ordered pickleball shoes on October 9 and my bank account was charged. I received an email stating it could take up to 10 days for them to be sent out. I then looked up the status informations after waiting two weeks and they said the order number was not processed. I talked to them and they said they would need to reimburse me the money and I would have to order them again. That they could not just process the original order. I told them to just refund my money and I would get the pickleball shoes someplace else. Not happy they could not just process the original when I called them.

I bought fila trainers 3 days back from JD for 30£. Amazing shoe. So comfortable as it is less weight and I do have Many NIKE but I would rate 5* for this FILA as it’s really worth money , comfy, durable.

Bought trainers. Threading is loose on both shoes and I haven’t even worn them yet. A shame considering the cost. Add Fila to the list of cost cutting companies content to sell low quality goods

bought 2 pairs of Fila walking shoes. Both pair separated at the toe and sides within 3 weeks. No response from Fila when emailed. There should be a class action lawsuit for selling such crap. Apparently, a lot of people had the same experience. Buy any other brand. What a waste of my $$.

Will never buy their products again. Bought my shoes less then 45 days ago and the soles are falling off of them. They were too expensive for this to happen. Just walking in them.

The absolute worst customer service!

I ordered Fila's last December and they took over a month to send me the shoes. To makeup, they sent me a 35% discount and when I tried to use the discount in August for shoes, They didn't fit. So I tried to get half a size up but I cant use the discount anymore! What a joke! save yourself the trouble and get literally any other brand instead

Turns out you can't exchange or return any shoes without the box.
My puppy destroyed the shoe box.
I suggest to bring in the destroyed box but this was unacceptable...

I have bought many of their shoes & so far they are crap. Bottoms fall apart side split. I will never buy anything fila again they said they won't replace them without a receipt these shoes are less than 6 months old & hardly worn. Honor the crap you sell. Stop ripping people of for China made crap shoes

I ordered an item on Monday 19th June 2023, I paid for postage to have it delivered by Friday 23rd June 2023. I emailed them on Thursday 22nd as my item hadn't been dispatched yet so there was no way that was going to arrive on Friday 23rd. I received an email to say there had been an outage and they were working to get items dispatched with no timeframe given. They also saw my query as a business opportunity by giving me 15% off my next order, why on earth would I consider buying from them again when they haven't managed to fulfil the order I placed?

Their customer service is non existent. Why is there no phone number for them?

Disgusting or no customer service. Ripped off and got less than half my items. ( spent alot of money too!) Pathetic! Do not buy from them! Contacted customer service no response. Contacted head office in Melbourne, do not care. Can't even get my money back! Going to ACCC about not receiving my items.

Style and Look is not bad but comfort and quality is zero, specially the one Made in china but rest of them are also not good at all. Would destroy your foot health. It was First and last time mistake in my life to buy FILA shoes.
