Scam

Unfortunately, I became a victim of the scam. The service printed a form on which I typed all the info and mailed it to me. It calls the package. The package fee was $345. I still have to pay the $465 green card renewal application fee. What was the $345?! They intentionally charge a high price, to make people believe it is an application fee for the government, homeland security. $345 was printing out my form fee. SCAMMER. Posing as a government agent. Report to NV Consumer Affairs (government agent)

I dnt like the service bec they dnt give refunds even if you did not use the form they send, they charge too high just for using their site and just for printing the form, its really unfair for us customers to not get a refund if we are not satisfied with their services

They are scammers I accidentally went to this website and filled out my form. It's been four months and neither my card has arrived. They have charged 195. I have now applied to the next place, through the website itself, and my PR has been renewed. Nor are these people refunding my money.

Liars

Liars, manipulators, do not trust them, they charge triple than normal. They do not help you at all. You can do it by yourself: fill out the form, pay triple less to the Government and wait. YOU DO NOT NEED FILE RIGHT!

Fileright misleading scam

SCAMMERS
Fileright somehow misled me to believe I was emailing Australian Immigration whilst applying for citizenship for a friend and led me to believe they were an authorised agent of Australian Immigration.
Fileright have no service to offer me for the $195 I paid on 1/7/25 (thinking I was paying Australian Immigration).
I am 77yrs old and would like a refund of my $195.00 please.

Best US Immigration Resource

Very helpful service. Used them to get my citizenship so I no longer have to renew my greencard. The team was responsive and answered all my questions. The process was easy and beyond my expectations. A lawyer wanted to charge my over $4,000 for the same service!

Deceptive practices, non-sympathetic refund policy

Site leads one to believe they are actually paying $145 for citizenship application when in reality there is $630 non-negotiable government fee your are not made aware of until you complete the application, by which time you are deemed to have accepted the dubious service (free on government website) Red flags: Credit card transaction was completed before cardholder name was completed resulting in a receipt with my first name only; my receipt was for $145 while credit card company records indicate $149 for same Transaction. Fileright CS refused refund when I indicated frustration with deceptive practices, then offered me 25% discount as a gesture of goodwill ( which I refused). I indicated I will take my chances with my CC company and would be posting a review online. To my surprise, within minutes of hanging up with Fileright Immigration, I received email that my refund had been approved and processed and apologies for inconvenience, BLAH-BLAH-BLAH. Now have to wait for a new credit card, having cancelled it while this transaction was pending. Should any other unsuspecting individual find themselves in a similar predicament, do not settle for a discount, your credit card company likely has your back and they know it. Besides, no one should be coerced into paying for a service they don't need due to some company's arbitrary policy.

I was looking at renewing my permanent residency card. I mistakenly clicked on the FileRight.com site which portrays itself as a govt. approved site.
The fees they are charging are not part of the application process JUST in addition to.
I requested a refund of the service as I mistakenly used their site in error. Not helpful at all and the supervisor suggested to send an e mail with my concerns.
No reply and I am out $ 95

BEWARE. BEWARE
This site is using deceptive practices and taking advantage of immigrants that need to file for or renew documents. Passports PR cards etc…
BEWARE. BEWARE
