To provide some context, our cells are sourced from genuine 35mm film reels that were originally screened in theaters. Because they are authentic pieces of cinema history, they often carry slight natural wear rather than being in brand-new, pristine condition. However, we strive to select only the highest quality segments for our displays.
Regarding the poster clarity and the scratches you mentioned, we take these concerns seriously. While this is the first time these specific issues have been raised, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
As for the customs charges, please note that these fees are levied by local authorities and are unfortunately beyond our control; per our store policy, these remain the responsibility of the buyer.
That said, we stand by our 100% money-back guarantee when returned . But we haven't received any prior correspondence regarding these issues.

SHINY!
I ordered two film cell displays from Paul and both are amazing. The cell selection is great. Most of the cells feature main characters. One of my displays (Serenity) has cells that are significantly darker than the other, as that is the nature of the film. So, I am setting up lighting for the display in order to better see the cells. I am very excited to get this set up so I can illuminate my cells! Also, I did mention my favorite character in the order notes, and my display features several cells with that character. I don’t know if this is a coincidence or if Paul selected a display based on this note. Either way, I am very pleased. Paul was very helpful and answered any questions I had about importing the displays, dealing with postal issues, etc. Great product and great customer service. I debated between a few businesses, but I am very glad I chose this one. I would add pictures if TrustPilot allowed for that. In conclusion, these are some shiny displays!
