Filmlow are scammers

If you buy they scam you! If you accept their terms and conditions they then charge you US$50 a month 'subscription' for receiving nothing. Do not buy from them. If you try to get a refund they refuse !!

Scammers

As others have said paid for an item on fb turns out it was these scamming toads, took £9.99 for a three day subscription. If anyone is interested they are based in Cyprus and Cyprus has a regulatory body to deal with trading standards…. Complain to them and hopefully get these scammers stopped

Yes absolute scammers

Yes absolute scammers. They are advertising on Instagram, selling lamps, House of Lamps. Once you purchase you get an invoice that says you have subscribed. I instantly knew I’d been scammed. Says it was Melbourne based and I purchased the lamp. It appeared on my cc in US dollars. Instantly stopped my credit card but I’ve obviously lost $46 as a lamp won’t be coming.

SCAMMERS/RIP OFF

Was charged an initial £6.99 for a book/ipad/tea holder. Subsequently charged (without knowledge) a fee of £24.99 for a subscription I had no understanding or knowledge of. Horrible experience, absolute scam artists. Now I’m having to waste time on a Monday morning, at work, contacting my bank to arrange a refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Ordered a bathroom cabinet from a Facebook advert for £9.99 including postage. Next thing it's saying I have subscribed to this scam company at £29.99 every 2 weeks. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING! They say I must have agreed to their terms and conditions but I know for a fact that I DIDN'T. Cancelled the *subscription* and cancelled my bank card but £12.99 has been taken which I can't get refunded. The police need to get involved here. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. Disgusting company.

❌SCAM ❌ Avoid and be vigilant

Only give them a one star because I have no choice other wise it would be zero!
Absolute scammers!!
After noticing odd payments were going out of my grocery account I questioned my bank and asked for them to be stopped, three months later filmlow are still taking payments.

I have tried cancelling my “so called subscription” I have tried ringing them however the number does not exist and speaking on live chat they tell you you are a valued customer and you are getting there services at a 95% discount!!

I have never set up a subscription with filmlow and certainly never ordered anything! I don’t even know how they got my details!! Absolutely fuming how much money they have taken from me.

The devil is in the detail

The devil is in the detail! Somehow I was scammed into signing up with this Cyprus based company. Either I did or didn't tick a box but it has cost me about £120 over 6 weeks for nothing. Took 2 days hard work to cancel.
Rip off and or a scam.

This site is a scam. They advertised a Fur Zapper on Facebook, pay with your card details. Then you're subscribed to some or other membership that deducts every 14 days. Also cost me to cancel my card and get a new one. They are crooks stealing from innocent people.
