DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We purchased a number of water filters. They never arrived. They won't respond to any email communication. Their phone number is disconnected. No other form of communication or location!!

SCAM website. Fell for it, should've read the reviews.
Purchased a product (water filter) from Filter My Water (filtermywater_com_au). Paid $89.95 by credit card. Money taken immediately. No order confirmation received - no emails, no SMS - in the next 48 hours. This raised suspicion. Tried to call the listed phone number (02 9052 6339), but it is disconnected. The online bank statement read the money have been taken by company called Pure Healthy Water. Searched this company online and found it at purehealthywater_au.
Called the listed phone number (02 8313 3810), but also disconnected. They show being located at 87-103 Epsom Road Rosebery, NSW, 2018 - but this is difficult for me to confirm as I am based in Melbourne. Sent an online enquire via their web sites but no response so far (being day 5 since the purchase).

A total scam site paid for goods but nothing received.
Cannot contact anyone either by phone or emails which go unanswered.
Avoid this site for purchasing from as you will be ripped off!
Will be contacting consumer affairs to have them shut down.

Paid for an order. No response or order acknowledgement received. No response on follow up via email. As others have suggested - more than likely a complete scam.

Paid for an order but was never received. Went to follow up only to find their phone number down. That led me to this site only to find others have had the same experience. Do not use this company, it's either defunct or a scam.

This company is a scam operation.

Order made Sunday night. No order acknowledgement by email or text received. Their phone is "down', but looks like it's been down so long they've actually changed their website to confirm it's down. Sending a query by their contact form goes unanswered.

I checked my bank statement, and their payID was a mobile number. No-one answers this number. I text the number to tell them that they're going to receive a negative review, and I get a reply from a different mobile number saying Aus Post tracking number will be provided the next day. It wasn't and now no-one replies on either number. They have now removed their mobile number from their PayID.

Placed order online and no delivery. Contact made via website enquiry and direct email and no response.
Going through bank to get funds back.
Looks like company is total scam, don't bother trying to purchase anything as you will have no response.
