The filter reduced the pressure coming into it by less than half. On busy weekends when we were running the dishwasher and rinsing tableware we couldn’t get any pressure to serve drinks from the soda fountain so I stopped using it. I’d like to return the last 2 orders of 6 filters back to you for a refund. I didn’t realize I was in an automatic shipment every 6 months. I can’t use your product in my situation. Please tell me how to return them for a refund. Thank you

We are sorry to hear this filter does not work in your work situation. I do see you set up ONE return for 3 filters. I just set up a SECOND return with a different return label for the 2nd three filters. You should have another return label email dated today. We will pay for both returns if you drop off your orders to the Post Office.
