Filters Fast® PH21200 Replacement for Filters Fast® FF21200 SKU: FF21200 Note: Filter received is slightly different from the filter you sent last year (photos available if interested ... interested?). Though the difference is small, the new replacement will not turn and seat when attempting to set in place. Please provide instructions for obtaining credit (or replacement, if you have last year’s model). Thanks for the credit (reason for 2 stars), but what I really want is a properly constructed filter.

No complaints so far
I had my water tested before the filter was installed and afterwards. It took out the bad things in the water such as mercury, lead, etc.
Doesn't fit my Whirlpool ED5GHEXNL02 refrigerator. Looks similar to the genuine filter, but just different enough that the connector won't mate to the filter receptacle and easily turn 90 degrees to seal up. Second try... thought the first one was just defective. Replaced with a more expensive genuine filter that fits well.
This is a wonderful filter. It takes out the bad things in the water. I know because I had the water tested where it went through the filter and another faucet where the water did not go through the filter. I was amazed at how many bad things were in the water that didn't go through the filter. This is a very good product.
It seems to work fine so I have no complaints
