I ordered the wrong filter so I cannot rate this filter. I will have to return the 2 I received and reorder the correct filters

1) I have been shipped the wrong part for the last year. It’s labeled correctly but filter doesn’t match. 2) Other than the reviews I send, there is no E-mail or phone number provided in order for me to contact you. 3) As a result, I must ask you to cancel my mail order subscription ASAP.
