I ordered the wrong size Refrigerator Shelf Door Bin, SKU: 241511701. The picture was faint and not discernable, which contributed to my error in ordering. I was not able to see that this part was not a "full shelf bin" with front-sides-back-bottom as what I wanted to order, Refrigerator Door Shelf Bin, SKU: 241505301. I have repackaged the two parts in the original packaging, bubble wrapping each piece even more carefully than what I received, and documented with photographs. I will be ordering the correct size once I receive a full refund. My only recourse is to withhold ordering from FiltersFast.com until I am fairly reimbursed per your stated return requirements. I have already incurred wasted shipping charges. Very expensive, high shipping prices, poor quality product photos.
