I purchased filter smart water filter system did not came any connection kit and they don't answer your question about products sport

We purchased the FS1500 system roughly 18 months ago. Installation was done by a certified plumber because it had odd diameter fittings. That said, water quality, water flow and support were all poor. Filtersmart bought our Pentair, put their label on it. Bottom line, it's a useless product. We have water lines and spots on sinks, faucets and the toilet tanks are filled with scum. About every one to two weeks, toilets show heavy mineral line which then I remove with a nylon pad and pumice. In addition, you cannot write a review on the Filtersmart website, yet they post 4.9 ratings, it's all bogus.

Beware of free shipping offer with risk free trial. Company offers a 6 month risk free trial of their product but do not tell you that you are responsible for return shipping cost and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. In my case, that total shipping cost was $862. I don't consider paying $862 risk free as the product did not do what it advertised and I'm out $862 with nothing to show for it. Company never responded to email but speaking to Ralph, he said Rita is the only person who may be able to help but she only responds to email. She did not respond to mine.

Great product. I looked for a salt free system and i am so happy with my system from them. No more corrosion and hard water and water tastes like bottled water. installation was easy for my plumber and he commented how well the components were made.

ON #2-21-2023, I purchased a SALT-FREE WATERSOFTENER ALTERNATIVE SYSTEM, SALTLESS WATER CONDITIONER— FS 500 FROM FILTERSMART FOR $1,250 DOLLARS PLUS INSTALLATION.
A few months later the unit completely broke and fluids were leaking.
I reached out to the company and sent several E-mails with pictures. I received one E-mail with instructions of how to fix it.
I brought a plumber but the unit was beyond repair and the plumber disconnected from my water system.
I contacted the Company once again but they refused to take responsibility claiming that the six month warranty had expired.
Now I have been left to clean up the mess, to pay for a plumber to remove the unit and also pay for the cost of disposal, then go and buy a new unit……

Recently, I purchased a whole house filter system from this company. The system, for the most part, seemed to operate as advertised. However, my main issue with this company is poor customer service. Shortly after making my purchase, I was contacted by a person who identified himself as the businesses founder. This person sent me a link with prices of support items (filters, O-rings, etc). I attempted to purchase replacement filters, and to my surprise, the final price was doubled the advertised price. When I brought this issue up to the representative, who identified themself as a customer service manager, they refused to honor the price they sent to me. From that point on, they became uncooperative and unpleasant. At some point, it seemed like they were blocking my attempts to contact them.

Although there were more issues, I have chosen not to post them all. In addition, even though I requested a link to be able to post a review, they refused to assist me. My experience with this company was just horrible. I really believe this so called manager needs customer service training.
