This review is not about my rep who was great. But rather the web site which is consistently buggy and inconsistent. The chances of me getting a "there is a problem" message are much higher than getting to my information. This has been through the application process and now that the loan closed 10 days ago.

The loan officer was wonderful and he treated us very well with respect and with understanding. The process was a little bit drawn out, but it all worked out great.

As I said b4...they helped me and kept me nformed bout every T being crossed & every I dotted. Explained everythg 2 the fullest extend..Made me feel like family at the Dinner table...GREAT PROFESSIONAL PPL...WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

They do not communicate, nor do they respond when ask. I had a more difficult loan but there is no way it should of taken five and a half months to complete. I felt like the people I was dealing with had no idea what they were doing nor did they care. Melissa Yoho in particular was hard to deal with. I was told one thing and another happened several times with a brush off explanation.

Very easy to work with and extremely helpful in providing guidance on an important life decesion.

My experience was great because of Reginald.Park loan officer he assisted me through out the process answering all questions and helping me to process all documents he was an asset to the process and definitely the reason the experience was successful again thank you Reggie!

Tara Krause and Jennifer took such good care of us. They got the money to us in no time. They were professional and made things easy.

I was not very happy when my original rep did not answer my calls or emails which caused me to go elsewhere. It took 2 weeks to FOA to call me back because my original rep had passed away. I spent many hours on the phone and emails to get what I wanted and I burnt the bridge with your competition. In the end I decided to go with FOA as they provided the best rate.

Kelly Wallace walked me through the process. He assisted me with what information was required and really listened to me. When problems came up. Kelly assisted me with next steps and required information. Then the entire team assisted me with need documents I needed to provide and made the process very easy. I'm 82 and appreciate a better approach than sales. I would like an educational approach the different levels of a reverse mortgage.

They helped me through the hold process. Mark was great to help and stayed on top of it all right to the end and after.

The whole process was quick and efficient. Communication was spot on as promised. I had no worries during the whole process.
