Very pleased with the experience. I ordered trading cards and they arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Super well packaged.

At the time I had been looking for the Shantae Nendoroid, which I had ordered from a few different sites like Amazon, in all cases causing me trouble and not actually receiving it.
When I saw the Nendoroid on Finanime I sent an email on a Saturday asking to confirm they had it in stock. Not only did I get an email the same day where I was told they had it, but I was even sent a photo alongside the email of the two Shantae Nendoroids the had as proof.
Paying was very easy on their site and they were perfectly happy shipping all the way to the Netherlands, taking about a week to arrive. The Nendoroid arrived in perfect condition and has been a very nice display piece in the months I've owned it.

Finamine's serves was great throughout the whole experience, I was very happy that they were willing to answer me the way they did and that I found them at a time when this Nendoroid was hard to find anywhere else.

I did notice that despite the site having an English option, my order confirmation email (and the "Thank you for ordering" screen if I remember correctly) were both in Finnish, though that isn't much of a big deal as long as you know emails well enough to find the track and trace link. (It's the "täällä" button.)

I ordered a figurine and I'm very pleased with my experience. The figurine came well wrapped and protected. I also had a question about delivery and they replied very quick and they were very nice and professional. I would buy from them again :)
