Unsatisfactory Experience
When i tried booking the car for my family vacation, it was for a Peugeot 807 from SIXT (Due to the excellent service reviews). Later on received an email from CarTrawler Reservations Team claiming that the vehicle is not available from the supplier and if it will be ok to book Volkswagen Touran which is similar!! My response was that it is ok as an idea but needed to know the supplier name. Later on, i was surprised to receive an sms confirming amount was withdrawn from my credit card ! Later on a voucher was sent (which is not easy to print) with a local supplier with an office out of the airport, and a completely different car (Fiat Doble). I have been trying to call all day to the office number provided with the email but no response !!
I do not think it is a good start .

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No only is everything based out of Europe, they don't disclose all the fees in their rentals.

Couldn't be easier!
Booked a hire car hire for a recent trip to Europe which was surprisingly easy and then when i collected the car the supplier dealt with everything very professionally and efficiently. Will happily use again and definitely recommend to friends and family.
