Don't want to give even one star 😔

Applied for a government funded boiler, got a fast call back. Sent all required details, got it approved by DWP, was then told a surveyor would call within 48hrs to arrange a visit. No call came. Rang back after a week to be told the application had been cancelled!! They didn't bother to inform us of this. Total waste of time!!
Avoid this company! We are now starting over with a more helpful one.

This company provides some fine azz shitz!! They are prompt, helpful, and totally mother farking free!
Even if you dont need a boiler! Get in touch.

Wasn't exactly a free boiler, I had to pay a contribution but that wasn't a problem. My old boiler was changed to a Combi with minimum mess and upheaval. Would definitely recommend it E S I to do the job. Well done lads and many thanks!

I have been struggling with getting a reliable boiler for a while until I saw this advert on the net I filled in a quick form and a few hours I was given w call back from a very professional lady who talked me through the entire process of acquiring one.. I got regular updates on what the schedule was and it was followed through to until the boiler was installed by a very competent team who made sure that every thing was fully functional before they left. Am very grateful for activo . I have recommended your company to two of my friends already.

Within days of my application a Home Efficiency survey was booked. The results were available very quickly and were followed immediately by an installation survey. Whole process from start to install was 6 weeks.

Excellent service, very happy, everyone involved have been very polite, considerate.
Very effiant, took me by surprise, only 3 weeks (approximately) from first contact to the fitting of the boiler.
Engineers were clean, respectful, considerate and very helpful. They took there time to make sure I fully understood how to use the new system.

The people dealing with the application were very helpful and understanding making it straightforward and hassle free and I was kept updated all along.

I was very impressed with the efficency of the service. The fitters were lovely genuine blokes who reassured me and advised me of what the best course of action was to take with the placement of pipes. They were courteous and friendly and worked very quickly. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was due to the electrician not knowing how the thermostat worked. .. i had to figure this out myself ....which I've not sussed out fully yet ! But overall I would definitely recommend the service and the scheme. Very impressed. Thank you.

Applied for a new boiler under the energy saving scheme and being honest was delighted my application was granted. The process overall took about 3 weeks from applying to boiler being fit. Surveyor who came out was very polite and honest and 2 weeks later an installer came to look at the boiler and 2 days later he came to fit the boiler. Very good and clean installer and I'm very happy with the entire process. Thank you very much

I have recently applied for the free boiler ... Right from the phone call to apply down to the two guys that came out to asses my old boiler 100% service .. Friendly..polite... Very helpful

Hi, very professional and also after numerous quotes and seeing different ways in which these products can be sold... I went with who I believed to be honest and who also had a trainee alongside him which I think is lovely!

I had contacted a number of companies to change and update my old boiler .Most took ages to get back to me and there were numerous delays with paperwork or their lack of understanding of it . Resulting in one telling us we weren't able to access the scheme due to insufficient documents . One company said their were over 40 families that didn't get a new boiler due to this same problem ! This company was so different they were quick to respond efficient and had well qualified staff both in the phone and the engineers that came. We are do happy to have had them come into our home .

the call centre and the home visit guys! very helpful pleasant and professional. would highly recommend. surprisingly quick and easy service boiler is being fitted this week 👍
