I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. This service is absolutely terrible. I was really optimistic going in but the service was so slow and I got blurry pictures of a match where I could barely even see his face. TWICE. This was after I gave a sincere thoughtful summary of what my expectations are and where I can be flexible. I couldn't believe it. I even reached out to Hoda personally since shes the one who sent it and her response was very robotic. Don't believe what you see on TV where she claims to be an "expert". This experience was a couple of years ago and im happy I found my person yet I still feel compelled to write this review that should tell you how bad it is. I don't have respect for someone claiming to be passionate about helping Muslims find their match yet not acting on it. Do what you say, be real not fake. (I had this experience in 2024 but couldn't set the date further back)

Save your money

Save your money. I paid $350/month for the concierge service for several months and did not have a good experience.

Many of the matches didn’t align with my stated preferences, which made the process feel inconsistent and poorly curated. Over time, it started to feel like matches were being sent simply to keep the subscription going, rather than with real intention behind them.

For a paid matchmaking service, I expected a much higher level of quality and alignment. Unfortunately, it felt more like a money grab than a premium service.

I wouldn’t recommend it.

Low Quality, low quality matches.

My experience with Love Inshallah was worse than expected. It was nothing but a hopes being destroyed, lack of communication from my 3rd matchmaker as the other previous 2 quit. My criteria for matches weren't being met or nor listened to. My plan was supposed to be receiving 2-3 matches per month as stated on their website. But only got 1 incompatible match each of the 3 months. Matches weren't pretty nor serious about marriage. 1 ghosted. Clearly American Muslims aren't religious nor committmed to finding serious, halal love. Save yourself the trouble or else you'll regret it.

Extremely slow, unaccountable, non-transparent staff/management. Poor quality matched

Very disappointing experience working with Love Inshallah Match making services. You will always get poor quality matches that never meet your deal breakers. Annoying part is that most of the matches don't even talk to you once match. They either ghost or just saw 2 messages than dissappear. Literally the match making version like Muzz instead of swipping left or right. Just only thru match makers. Matches aren't even pretty nor religous. They all from the USA and are mainly woke, liberal, and have no deen. Match makers you are paired with are not transparent and don't often communicate. I regret paying $60 for nothing. Not worth the time or money. Just as useless and bad as those haram datng apps. Just find someone thru family connections or someone from back home.
