I worked with Becky Skov on writing my resume. Had a great experience and I am extremely pleased with the finished product. The initial data request from Becky was clear, followed up with a 45 minute conversation to clarify various questions she had. She came back very quickly with a first draft and was responsive with edits and final version. I think I finished with a much better resume than I would have done myself and feel the effort was well worth the price.

Rebecca Skov was fantastic to work with, super available and responsive, and I absolutely love the resulting resume and cover letter. Great looking product, my experience was great. The only reason for the 4 is because it's too early to tell how effective the product will be (job interviews). Time will tell.

I really had high hopes for this service. I went all in and purchased the reverse recruiting service along with the highest resume-writing package that was offered. (The resume-writing service was $1,092)

The resume was supposed to be ATS-optimized. But, when a recruiter demonstrated to me how my resume was processed through an ATS, it did not reflect my background and experience accurately. I've been told by several recruiters that my resume is not optimized for an ATS and will likely be discarded based on how it was written.

The reverse recruiting package was $3,999 per month and included applying for jobs and networking with recruiters and hiring managers. The person assigned to me spent a significant amount of time applying for and networking for a position that turned out to be a volunteer position. My reverse recruiter hadn't even read the job description, so she was unaware that it was a volunteer role that she had submitted me for. The networking that was done for legitimate positions was generic at best.

For the cost of this service, the value that was delivered was severely underwhelming.

Staci was completely engaged with my profile and needs. She is an active listener, had such a great energy and was super easy to work with. I highly recommend Staci to anyone who wants a “golden gloved service” while looking for a new job. If I could give her more stars, I would!

I have worked with other companies in the past and by far the best service and deliverables I received came from Find My Profession. My writer, Marissa, was more than happy to have multiple calls to ensure I am happy with my resume. The best part is that I didn't even need those multiple calls. After one call, she managed to easily align with my needs and made the resume a lot better than I could. I am very happy with the overall experience and feel confident to show employers my resume.
