For sure they can’t handle a call or a problem at all and no respect to the customers
And for sure the call was recorded

Zero Communication and Wasted Time
I filed a request for financing on an online order, completed the forms properly, and uploaded all the necessary documents; however, after 5 business days no action was taken on the request and there was zero communication from the bank. I`ll be avoiding this bank in the future as this experience was a complete waste of time.
