Please manage your staff properly and stop humiliating your customers.
On 16 September 2025, I purchased a pair of shoes from the Find Your Feet official website and arranged to pick them up at the Hobart store. As I was approaching the store, I received an email informing me that the item was out of stock, but I was offered the option to exchange it for another style or size, to which I agreed.
When I arrived at the store, one staff member asked me to wait for another colleague to assist me. While I was waiting, I picked up a pair of shoes on display to have a look. At that moment, the same staff member suddenly approached me, snatched the shoes out of my hands, and angrily told me that I would be refunded immediately and that I must leave the store. I was shocked and repeatedly requested that he speak to me politely, but he refused.
I asked whether this was how they treated customers who had shopped at their stores many times. He mocked me, saying it was my first time shopping with them. In reality, I have shopped many times at the Launceston store, including twice this month, and the staff there have always been very friendly.
As a result, I did not receive the product I ordered or the agreed exchange. Instead, I was treated in a humiliating and unfair manner.
