I’ve been associated with Fine Art America for several years, both as a buyer and through my partner’s Premium artist account (Coleen Z).
While the print-on-demand service and artist community have potential, the platform suffers from frequent and recurring technical problems. Visitor stats regularly freeze or fail to update for days, with many pending views lost when they finally sync. Navigation issues (scroll arrows resetting or showing “Forbidden” errors) and broken artwork links (“Page Not Found”) have also occurred repeatedly.
These problems appear account-specific — other artists we’ve spoken with report normal functionality. Support tickets are submitted often, but responses are slow or nonexistent, requiring multiple follow-ups to get partial fixes.
The inconsistent backend and unreliable support make it frustrating for artists trying to track engagement and present their work professionally. Improvements in stability and faster technical support would make a significant difference.

I love the quality of the framing, the great delivery (and well packed) and so happy with my picture! It is one of two I've ordered and both are amazing.

I ordered 2 shower co curtains 2 for a small renovated bathroom and one for upstairs. All are the same high squality fabric. The two for the little bathroom were nice landscape prints but the colors were a bit intense for this 75 year old. So I was returning them. I thinknyoungerveyes would have thought great. I kept the fish with more muted colors ands white background and ordered a second for my fishing guide niece. She loved it.( now I have to wait for mine to arrive since I gave her the one hanging.

I liked the shipping timetable the art work was fine also

I purchased a new home and wanted unique, affordable art to decorate it. Purchasing pre-framed prints on Fineartamerica.com was the perfect solution. It costs a bit more than doing it yourself but less than a local frame shop. There are many options for frames and mats. I am awaiting delivery of my third framed print. Wish I could give zero. I ordered a piece over 5 weeks ago and they processed my payment immediately. After the fourth week of no information I put in a ticket to find out where my order was. I was told that if I got no response within 48 hours to reply to the email. Nothing. I then requested a refund. Nothing. It is now past the 5th week with no piece and no refund. Today I requested another refund. Any bets on what will happen?

Items delivered in good time, intact due to proper packaging

I love the pieces - wearable artwork - purchased from Fine Art America. I ordered a tote and a pouch from Rick Magyan Photography and the pieces are beautiful and lovely! I wasn't sure how clearly the images would transfer onto canvas but they did so beautifully!. The quality of the tote and the matching pouch is well made and exceptional. I thought the shipping charge was a bit high but that won't keep me from ordering more art! Maybe I'll get a shipping discount if I do place more orders?!

Fine Art America provides quality products for good prices. They also provide affordable shipping to Canada. The shipping time is very fast. Often the product arrives within a week of making the order.

Shares clear Info about the order's delivery & access to important details on how to return or exchange products is easily accessible/found.
