The products were great and arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The main problem is there is no customer service when you have a question. I tried and there was no response to e-mails or phone calls using addresses on the website for customer service. No response, no answer, nothing, nada. It was worrisome placing and order.

I ordered five jigsaw puzzles, based on their beautiful designs. For the money they charge, I expected decent quality but received dollar store quality, thin pieces. The best part is that I am responsible for return shipping when I return them.

I was an artist at Fineartamerica and my account was idle for like 6month and no salebut after I got my first sale they immediately closed my account and they done it for a lot of artists

I ordered a print of pale blue dot with a quote at the bottom. I didn’t look closely enough to see that there were two typos in the quote. I contacted customer service and they said they would refund if I destroyed it but not refund the$40 shipping. 🙄

I am beyond disappointed in the service of this company. I ordered from Europe, only for a framed print to ship from the U.S. and arrive with unexpected border fees.
This is unacceptable, especially since they advertise having fulfillment centers in Europe.
The frame is good and the image quality is decent, but waiting over a month for my order and then being surprised with extra fees is disgraceful. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Beautiful art work always as lovely as shown. Quite often even more stunning than illustrated so when I unwrap piece it literally makes me gasp at how gorgeous the piece is. Pieces are shipped with upmost care to insure piece is delivered in perfect condition. Always received order in a timely fashion just over a week from ordering.

We love the canvas print and it was packed and protected very well. But, we did not receive delivery status notices from FAA. We had to contact them.

I ordered a tee shirt with a 1946 chevy truck on it. The shirt is excellent quality and the picture is beautiful! It arrived early in perfect condition. Great artist. 5 star quality and customer service!

Dismissive Customer Service. My order was shipped on 1/9/2026 and at 1/20/2026 I have no information on when I will get my order. I kept being referred to "Jovi" who kept sending me the same response - word for word, so I suspect that is sometime of bot.
