Horribly cheap, low quality print with a watermark on it despite being signed. Basically unusable. Cheap, wet feeling paper shoved in a tube with no care. Total waste of money and then they expect you to pay the postage cost to return it! It’s a shame for the buyer and the artist who’s work is not being shown in the best light

Great product in the end, with customer service that addressed the issues with no hassle.

Terrible customer service. Ordered item NOV. 28. Today is Dec. 12, and I still haven’t received it. Latest update is I will receive it on Dec 19. I can no longer give this as a Christmas gift due to late delivery.

The products are excellent quality. Prices are very reasonable. I have never had a problem with any order.

Found artwork that was a bit off the beaten path. I knew the artist, but never saw this type of subject from her. I went with the metal, and love it. Quality all the way.

Do not spend your money with this company. They will take your cash and you will not receive your purchase. The customer service phone number gets you to people who can’t actually help you and the one guy who apparently can - John - does not have a phone number or respond to emails. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Would give no stars if that was an option. Spend your money elsewhere

Took days to find out their machines were down they said I would receive my products withina week - a week later I got a notice they are checking will get back within 48 hours - then at 48 hours I got the exact same 48 hour notice. Unfortunately company support is horrible - trying to cancel order.

Tried ordering a fully framed and matted piece. When I went to checkout the shipping was $40. I had to back out of the tab to look at something and when I came back to checkout the shipping al had gone up to $86! I closed out so I could email customer service about it and they basically blew me off. I went back into the checkout and the shipping price had gone up again to $111! I thought surly that is a glitch so I emailed customer service again….not a single response.

Beautiful artistic products delvered promptly. However, the ordering process is opaque - in particula⁶r, i can never obtain a discount trumpeted at the start of the process, hence a deduction of one star. But the high srandard of the products prevails.

Extra large t-shirts smaller than large ones I!!

I was looking for specific photographic art and found it @ Fine Art America. In fact I found a lot to choose from. We come from a life long adventure culture and the art we found captured this. Excellent quality as well.

I recently bought an iPhone case because I was looking for something colorful (I'm an artist). Found one I loved, received it in good time and it seemed to be a good product. However, the first day I used it, I dropped my phone twice because it's very slippery. Because of that, I busted my iPhone screen (I've had it for 3 years with no damage using iPhone silicone cases) and just had to purchase a new phone because of it. And because of the screen damage, I lost my $370 trade in!! So I can't recommend the cases. They look pretty but they're not functional, nor do they keep your phone from damage. And they're too slick to hold.

I put my pictures on fine art of America and I ordered my own picture cause I wanted to see how their printing would add up. and it was absolutely terrible. I’ve had my canvas prints printed up elsewhere and it was pitch. Perfect. Not only did they mess up on the colors, but they put a signature down at the bottom of it. That was completely not mine. I’d recommend every artist that has a website on fine art of America to order their own prints because how it looks in the picture when you upload it and how they print it out is completely different.i would upload a video of their printing job but there is not that option

I have purchased four items from Fine Art Over several years - framed prints and framed canvas. I have been very happy with each item. Framed beautifully. The item matches what is shown on-line. Color is the same (unlike other sites where colors are muted).

I was looking for a vintage photograph of a neon sign and Fine Art America came up on a search. I was amazed at the variety of items you could purchase for a single photo. I settled on a matte print. Shipping was super quick and the quality of the print was amazing. I quickly framed it and I am totally happy with the price, quality and shipping. Planning on doing some Christmas shopping as well, a HUGE variety of items and artwork for just about anything you could think of. Highly recommend fine Art America and how they support artists.

Made a purchase for a wood print of vintage Lord of the rings poster, spent 100€ to ship it to Italy. Image is blurried, seller is a scammer who postes an image that seemed ok but in reality is unusable.
Update 5-12-2025: the customer service of fine are replied to me that if I send proof of distroyed item the would make a refund. I have made pictures of item broker in pieces and the will refund me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT APPEARS TO BE A SCAM AND THEY HAVE STOLEN OVER $344 OF MY MONEY. I ordered a very special picture for an important 50th birthday gift, advertised dispatch time was 3-4 days, 16 days and over 30 emails later, still no
shipping notification, no picture and no response (order #3915388). Birthday surprise ruined and money appears to be gone.
