for two days i have been trying to ring this company to place an order and no answers the phone , also been on chat that says AI powered for faster responce thats a joke . so i have gone else where two spend my money to a company thats does answer the phone.
avoid this company if you had to return anything and needed to speak to someone.

Have bought 7 or 8 now. We use them in holiday accommodation- the bliss of not changing duvet covet and ironing!

Love this bedding.
King size fits inside my 7kg washing machine without issue and washed really well.

Great quick delivery of pillows & duvet. We got the snugdown pillows & 2.5tog duvet. Excellent quality & only need one pillows instead of two cheap ones-definitely worth the price. Duvet is great quality & so light.
Would recommend this company & buy from them again.

Quality materials, soft & light

Very pleased with my new coverless duvet, washed well and looks lovely. Wish I had done this sooner. Very fast delivery, less than 48 hours from placing the order and it was here. Now I just need a large capacity washing machine so I can get a 10.5 tog for the winter months, the only downside.

After a week of use, the stitching came undone
I immediately emailed with all details, it is now nearly a week and I have not heard from your company

I have both the light weight and the winter weight. Adore both.

I love it and have bought a second o want a third but after struggling to get it in the washing machine and then it didn’t spin properly it came out soaking wet so hung it out as weather is good. Next time I will put it on a second spin and hope for the best as you cannot have them soaking wet indoors during the winter . If that works they are brilliant xxx

Quality is good. Description of item is correct. So far it has washed well, although only a 4.5tog I do not think I would get a higher rate tog into my 9kg washing machine, but I am very pleased with the one

I have recommended them to several friend and they are just as pleased with them

I’m back and side sleeper. I bought three pillows: Spun Down Firm, Breathe Medium and Boutique Silk Firm. The first was too firm, while the other two were far too flat. I woke up during the night and had neck pain every morning. I kept trying them until the trial period had passed, so I could no longer return them. Very disappointing.

Regular updates throughout the ordering & delivery, the mattress is absolutely comfortable & at a very reasonable price

A night away and loved the mattress topper on the bed in our room, just had to find the label!!
So pleased with that same mattress topper now on my bed. It really is like sleeping on a fluffy cloud!

I ordered the summer coverless duvet in sage . It arrived the next day , the packaging is beautiful, the duvet has its own storage bag . It’s extremely light and comfortable and washes and dries amazing . I was surprised how quick it dried on the line . I love this product and would highly recommend.
