The website took me to exactly what I wanted. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and I loved the blouse I bought. Then I bought another 3 similar articles of clothing.
I usually like Finery dresses, but the sizes are very unpredictable now.
I ordered two “Edith” dresses, the
patterned one fitted( a size 16) but the plain one was at least an 18. It then cost me £2.50 to send it back, even after contacting Customer services.
I also had to send it separately, even though I was sending things back from another order. Why on earth I couldn’t include the wrongly sized dress, and saved the postage fee is beyond me!
I also feel that the side zips are not only unnecessary, but bulky and uncomfortable.
I think to charge both postage out and postage back is unacceptable and I will think carefully about buying from Finery in the future.
You asked for an honest review!
Easy to use site, love the product, the material, the cut, the way it hangs.
I will only buy from Finery now because there style and quality is excellent, they seem to shape your figure better than elsewhere,
whatever you try on its a superior fit and style than anywhere else,
ordering and returns are very easy, if you ever need advice regarding anything, customer services email you very quickly and answer your query providing clear instructions
These dresses are mostly a very good fit.
I would love some with either long sleeves or three quarter sleeves for colder weather.
Empire line is my best style so please can we have more variety of pattern in this.
Thank you
A very well made blazer which fits perfectly.Quick delivery and I was kept updated throughout. Highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.
Quick delivery and a lovely dress, which was a bargain in the sale.
After a complete week waiting for my dress, terrible AI customer service, I received an e mail cancelling my order and saying my reimburse was pending, yes this is the way Finery customer service works, so at the moment not dress, not money back. Really the quality of product is good but, terrible customer service. Will up to date how long they took to reimburse the money.

9This is the second time I have had an issue with refunds. This tile I returned 3 out of items, which when I ordered I received free delivery. I have just received my refund minus their delivery cost which I was not charged when placing the order. I paid £2.50 to return the items and expected a full refund. If they charged the delivery fee when they receive free delivery, when placing their orders, imagine how much money they are making. This is absolutely disgusting and I will certainly not be placing any more orders and DO NOT recommend buying anything from this Company
The reply I have received from Finery is incorrect. My order had FREE delivery so original charge for delivery should not have been deducted. This is not in their Terms and Conditions.
Your recent reply has still not addressed the £3.95 charge you deducted off my refund when I had free delivery. It is not in relation to the £2.50 which I was aware of. Please carefully read reviews before submitting a reply. YET AGAIN not reading complaint correctly, no mention of addressing delivery charge of £3.95 being deducted off refund. Substantiated why I will NOT use this Company in the future.

From the ordering process to delivery everything is easy and quick. Also good quality and always a perfect fit
Spent alot on order, delivery hasn’t arrived, not good enough, wouldn’t order again, be warned
Love the product, but returns are a nightmare, I will really have to consider any further orders. I did my return through Royal Mail, only to have Everi try to collect it but they couldn't inform me who it was going back to!!. I've refused the collection but will definitely give it to RM. Should anything else goes wrong...watch this space...🤬. I paid my own postage due to their rediculace returns procedure they still deducted postage off my refund 🤬. One customer lost.
Easy to order. Good photos of goods. Wasnt sure what to expect bit the dress was of good quality, well made and beautiful.
Scam. Can’t return as shipping label won’t open or be recognised. Contact them and get generic AI response. Dress was not as advertised- looked like cheap material and had threads hanging!

I was not happy with my recent experience- I bought 2 dresses from Finery but both were not suitable. The Tea dress was scruffy and not as described and the crepe Neve dress was far too small when other dresses that size fitted well. I was also disappointed about the return process- you have to print your own label and they charge you £3.50 per item before you even receive your refund. Just appalling- I will never buy anything from them again.

The clothes are okay if you find a sale, but they aren't worth full price. The returns process is a nightmare: I had to pay £3.50 upfront, print my own label, and I’m still waiting for a refund 10 days later. Due to the poor customer care and slow processing, I won’t be shopping here again.
****The response has angered me rather than soothed. Taking an additional £3.50 when you already hold over £100 of my money(I spent over £500) is poor customer service. Refunds can be processed quicker than the weeks I’ve been waiting as I received an immediate refund when some of the clothes I ordered weren’t actually available !!!!

I like Finery Clothes but unfortunately the ordering experience means I will not be ordering from them again. You have to pay for returns and print your own label. On two occasions I have had to contact their Customer Services to receive an Order Confirmation (it took a painfully long time for anyone to understand what I was after) and then on one occasions but parcel was returned to sender with no delivery attempt.
It is a shame but just not worth the performance of ordering.

I can only say from all the 1 star reviews that this sounds like a multitude of other scam, usually Chinese, firms who pretend they're in the UK. I always check with Trustpilot every firm before I use them Would not use this one!

Oh how I wish I had read here first!
I ordered two dresses from Finery London (paying for next day delivery). The dresses arrived with no issue, as soon as a I took the dresses out of the bag I thought they seemed quite poor quality. However, as they had been in the sale (both still over £25) I kept them. The morning after they arrived I went to put a dress on, it was dirty and had a HUGE hole by the pocket. I tried to contact the company all day, but got bounce back emails all day. Clearly this isn't a recent problem given some of the feedback here! Eventually, I managed to get through on the phone (this was still the same day), emailed some photos over and got a reply a few days later asking me to return (the return process is ridiculous, printing a label when every other company uses QR codes). I sent the dress back as soon as I could.
..Today, I have received an email to inform me that there will be no refund because the dress has been worn and is not is saleable condition - the dress has a huge hole so was NEVER wearable. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and can't believe some of these dresses are for sale on the M&S website at twice the price! Absolutely avoid!!!!
I have now actually paid for thin air, which is probably preferable! I have asked for the dress to be sent back to me ASAP and am so angry I feel like contacting Trading Standards.
The whole company is a massive scam with emails arriving from Ghost and Hawes and Curtis(?)
