Received the dress I ordered very quickly and was really pleased but was too big. Returned asking for a smaller size, needed it for a special family occasion and haven't had any communication from my emails also not received refund or exchange of the dress I ordered. Totally disgusting, I have tracked my parcel that I returned and it was received. So disappointed and disgusting.

Recieved and email cancelling my order but the email stated a different product and size to the one ordered. Pointed out the error twice and still the customer services respond ant failed to understand the issue.

Thanks for the response, but you still missed the point🙄🤔....the email recieved from you stating the product was out of stock, listed a completely different product and size to that originally ordered!

The dress I purchased was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, it was a good material and was a great fit. The delivery was speedy and if I needed to return the item, I’m sure it would have been just as easy. Very happy with my purchase/

Dress arrived very quickly.
Refund for returned dress was dealt with very efficiently.
The only thing was the return arrangement. I hate QR codes and unfortunately pressed for that method of return so paid the return postage myself. Otherwise all very good.

Easy ordering and equally easy returns if needs be

Bought my dress and wore it last Friday. It’s very well fitting and feels so comfortable.

I needed to return something and it went smoothly

I ordered 4 items all together ( 2 coming as one order) All were returned with tracking numbers and QR codes. I am not getting refunded, as two of them are lost in transit. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. I keep getting told my dispute is with the post office, the PO keep telling me Finery should just pay me and they should claim from the post office as their contract is with them I will not give uphope as I would
like to be refunded but,I will never use the company again. Dreadful Customer Service
It’s all very well sending your standard reply but you do nothing to help apart from pass the buck to the post office and they keep telling me you should pay me and recoup your loss with them. as you have a business contract with them. I am going to Citizens Advice for some further assistance

Ordering easy, delivery quick, quality good. One star deducted because if the price being a little high.

I contacted finery about two dresses which shrank despite following care instructions to the letter
Finery replied advising I follow the care instructions and gave additional advice to steam and stretch the items and denied any responsibility. Very poor customer service and not fit for purpose falling below reasonable standards. I am surprised and disappointed by finery’s response
