Apart from mixing up my name with my son's (for whom the garment was intended) and using his address as the billing address for my credit card (so not quite sure how that passed security checks), it was fairly easy to use, although website a little immature compared to say Crew Clothing. Quality of sweatshirt superb.

Just to clarify things on the points you raise, the only information that we had available to us was entered into the website during the transaction by yourself. With regards the security checks they are handled by Sagepay (a third party payment gateway) and your bank. It may be worth contacting them if you feel there is an issue here.
Unfortunately the order had already been dispatched when we received your request for a change of delivery address and again I am sorry for any disappointment here.

Great quality products at a good price
I now buy as many of my shirts from Fineside as I do from the high street.
The quality and fit of the products are a match for more well established brands such as Ted Baker. Shirts at sale prices are a bargain but still good value at full price if you value quality. Continue the good work.
