These people are HORRIBLE

These people are HORRIBLE. I ordered non-personalized Xmas cards on 11/10 and the only thing they did is charge my card . ZERO customer service. (Well, if they arrive by 12/24 you can still send them out!!!)
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay for something they won't deliver.

Poor product and no customer service recourse

I ordered custom stationery and was quoted delivery in 10-13 days. The order involved a set of ecru note cards and a set of notepads in a holder.

One month later, the ecru note cards have yet to ship.

The notepads arrived, but not with the holder. The notepads were thrown haphazardly into a box; consequently, the top pages of the pads ripped off. Others were wrinkled.

The invoice said to email a specific address with quesitons. Two emails to that address have both bounced back as undeliverable because "no such mailbox exists."

I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Horrendous Customer Service - Don't expect your item on time

Horrendous! Was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks. I am now going on 4 weeks (I don't even need the item anymore because the event passed!). Numerous emails - no response! It isn't even shipped. Spent an insane amount of time on hold and can't get through to customer service. Once I did, the rep told me she's the only customer service rep and overwhelmed with calls. Still no resolution. Please do not order from them! Filing a complaint with my credit card company...nothing but a hassle.

Not the same small local business it was 10 years ago.

I can tell you that this company was sold in 2016 and all of the Delaware employees were laid off. It shifted over to a new call center in Colorado, but that team had less than a year of experience with the products. The original crew had been on that scene for over a decade. I expect the quality declined around 2016.

A terrible company

A terrible company. I placed an order April 11th. I have written 5 emails to customer service that have gone unanswered. I have called 3 times, only being able to connect once after waiting 30 minutes in which I was told,"it's being processed". The order is for a personalized item for a graduation party, which is now 3 days away. The product will not get here on time (I am assuming) and there is nothing I can do because it is virtually impossible to contact anyone at this company. Do yourself a favor, order somewhere else.

Bought a self inking stamp

Bought a self inking stamp. The name was out of alignment. Requested a correction, got the same exact stamp. No communication regarding the bum replacement, just showed up. Would not trust this company for something important like wedding invites.

Fine Stationary does not respect its customers.

I bought stationary plus paid $11.95 for shipping on 11/25/21. Today is 12/17/21 and my order still has not been delivered. I emailed customer service on 12/25/21 after seeing that my package (via FedEx) is stuck in the mid west with no delivery date projection. I informed customer service of the shipping issue, and asked for a new order to be shipped to me. The agent replied to me with the same FedEx info I shared and told me it should be delivered soon. That reply was so condescending. I followed up and reiterated that they should send me a new order because there is no projected delivery date. The package is lost. The agent replied that if they send a new order, delivery will take even longer. That makes no sense. It has been almost a month since I made my initial order and again, there is no projected delivery date. This company stole $50 from me and the person I bought the stationary for won't get her present. I wish there was a way to give this company 0 stars.

Comes without a box

It never occurred to me that when you purchase it stationary that is over $2.50 a card that it would come without a box. I bought four sets, one for each member of my family for Christmas and they arrived loose, all 4 sets in a stupid bag. Fortunately, I only ordered 25 cards per family member. I emailed customer service and never heard back. I will never purchase through fine stationery again.

Bad Experience

I received my goods late and then my name was spelled incorrectly. They blamed the vendor and told me they would have then reshipped overnight. They were then shipped later than planned and not overnight. I still have not received my reprints a week from when they were expected initially. They continue to blame the vendor. So why use them as opposed to going to the vendor directly? They were of no help and if anything made the delay even longer. Incredibly frustrating process
